Longer side is firm but gentle and the other side stays nice and stuff to get the hard spots under the nails

I do a lot of gardening and don't like to use gloves, so fingers and nails get engrained with dirt. This brush is great. It is stiff enough to use on nails, but still soft enough so that you can scrub skin as well. I've only had it for a few weeks so I can't speak to durability, but so far it is holding up perfectly.

I love this nail brush! I especially appreciate how the shorter end has the bristles all angled toward each other. It makes it super effective for getting dirt out from underneath my fingernails after gardening.

It's stiff enough to really work well as a nail brush. I's too bad that you have to spend so much to get a nail brush that works. But it's made in Germany and is worth it.

This is a beautifully constructed nail/finger brush. The handle and bristles are well constructed, and in particular the handle is quite elegant and easy to hold in soapy water. I was looking for a well made brush to use for hand scrubbing in this time of COVID-19.Having said all that, I did knock off two stars as the natural bristles on this are EXTREMELY firm - almost as firm as artificial nylon/plastic bristles on much cheaper nail/finger brushes. Using this brush on the hands and fingers results in a very rough, abrasive and aggressive scrubbing, particularly on the knuckles and back of the hands.Yes, this brush will definitely scrub all the gunk out of your nails and really scrub your hands. However the bristles are a tad too firm to consider this a brush to use for general hand scrubbing - especially for repeated daily use when washing your hands. It really is limited to being a specialty brush to use on the nails/palm of the hand/fingertips. You could literally scrub your knuckles/back of the hand raw using this brush if you are not careful due to how firm and rough the bristles are.I have an alternate natural bristle nail/finger brush to use for general hand washing that has much softer and gentler natural bristles. This brush is going to be the go-to for deep cleaning of the nails and palms when needed

The side for getting under nail is outstanding. Having 2 rows angled into each other really works. I manage a automotive shop so keeping hands clean is impossible. Have tried multiple different brands, some costing a little more and other less. This brush is the easy winner.

I got this for my son who is an auto mechanic and comes home with black oil and gunk under his nails. I have tried other cheap nail brushes but the bristles were always too soft to be effective. And I couldn't stomach the thought of pig or boar bristle brushes. This one is more expensive than others but totally worth it! Very sturdy, I think it will last a long time.

I brought this brush for my son who is mechanic and his fingernails are always so dirty. We searched everywhere for a good nail brush and was unable to find one until I saw this brush on amazon. I order it and when it arrived my son tried and he was in love. He told me I was the "Best Mom Ever" of course I am lol. Amazing brush for tough jobs!
