This is a very nice product and it fits my tea cups perfectly. I guess I didn’t read carefully enough to realize it does not offer room for the tea saucers. I probably would have looked for something else. How do I known

I actually purchased this to store different sizes of doll wigs and I'm not sorry I did. This would store mugs or cups easily with little risk of damage. The fabric is sturdy; the zipper works great and the dividers go together easily. I wish the dividers were a TAD sturdier, but they're better than cardboard that I've seen in others. Only thing that would make them better is if they had a handle.

This does hold all the cups well. It is just not terribly sturdy. Just needs a bit of care when lifting it.

Exactly what I needed to store my glass items.

I needed to take one dozen bone china cups to a friend out of state. The spaces were a little large for the cups so I wrapped them in paper towels and then put them in the holder. This is not as sturdy as other cup holders I have had. If you are just storing them on a shelf it is ok.

Even with the vast selection of shopping online who would have thought how difficult it would be to find a storage bin, tote, container that's not huge, heavy duty, too small and under $20 bucks. I wanted something with a locking or zippered lid that didn't have transparent walls or tops like most containers do. Certainly didn't need anything industrial sized and all the food storage type bins are transparent. Although this is designed to hold cups, I use it to store other semi fragile things. It is not the most sturdy, but it fits the bill. The walls are supported with light-duty cardboard slats and you can opt to either use or not use the dividers. All the cardboard inserts have a protective plastic edge along one side. It's a nice medium size and stores easy, just don't put anything heavy on top if you fragile items inside. Decent neutral grey color, not recommended for heavy duty use.

Ordered 2 of these and èverything was perfect. The cup opening is nice and roomy so all cups fit nicely. However the 3rd one ordered as I still had more cups was missing one of the divider slots and stitching did not line up on one corner so hard to get zip around. Was going to return for free but when I went to order replacement the price had jumped way up. I ended up having to keep the defective item.

This product will definitely keep items free from dust but it is not meant to store under other items. It is delicate but lots of room for tea cups.

The interior sections could have been sturdier with more padding on the exterior to protect the cups.

For the price these are good. They are not super sturdy as the bottom and dividers are just cardboard, but they serve the purpose to keep dust out. I bought 2 and have them stacked and they are holding up well.

The product did it's purpose but I wish It was more sturdy.
