Meglio Ultra Pasta, Ravioli Maker and Cutter, Stainless Steel

This is my first pasta machine.Cons:- The first shipment contained the pasta maker without the Ravioli attachment. The return process was quick and easy, the funds credited back to my account promptly, and my second order contained the right item.- It is a decent amount of work to make your own pasta. You'll have to run your dough through the machine several times to get it nice and thin before it gets to the cutting stage- For best results, the dough has to rest. You can't expect to make pasta fifteen minutes before dinner time!- I haven't used the ravioli forms yet, but they seem pretty small. Maybe I just like big ravioli. It would be a lot of work to make ravioli; plan to have a helper. I'd think that ideally you need four people: One to handle dough sheet one, one to handle dough sheet 2, one to spoon in the filling, and one to crank the crank. It's going to be crowded!Pros:- Seems well-built. Nice and heavy, stainless steel throughout.- Fun, at least at first. A friend said she gave up after making her own pasta for several years.- Inexpensive -- You won't be heartbroken if you decide pasta making isn't for you- You get to make pasta that may not be easily available otherwise: add seasonings and spices, add coloring, add spinach, add kale (OK, don't add kale, it's on its way out). But do use white whole wheat flour for much better health and an almost identical taste and texture to processed wheat flour.

Warped with some uses. Heavy and difficult to clean.

quick delivery, faster than expected. I love this machine. have made fresh spaghetti, raviolis, wanton wraps, ramin noodles, and mini pie crusts. Just love it, it is so easy to clean up and put away. only mess is what you make mixing up the pasta and bit of flour to keep it from sticking to the counter.

I come from a Sicilian family and have made fresh pastas nearly my entire life. My mother still uses her machine that is similar to this without the fancy additional attachments. But, I got this because of the versatility and ravioli attachment. It would NOT even cut soup noodles. ! They came out the other end like mushed perforated gloop. Not one single noodles usable. I know how to use these so it is not user error. It is obvious the edges of the inside cutters are NOT up to standard . Worst waste of money I have ever spent. Im sorry I waited so long to use this , after it arrived, or I would be returning it. Anyone wanna buy a mushy noodle maker ?

Takes a little getting used to but so far it's been working out very well. Now we can have pasta just the way we like it!

I received today it was fast. I cant wait to start using it so far i don't see any problems quality wise seems in pretty good shape
