Excellent item especially because it came with two gel pads. One stays in the freezer and the other i use to warm up. The best is extremely convenient also can get on with daily activities with it on. Bought it as I hurt my back working out

I am really bad and never leave feedback normally however, this product is amazing. Im a week post spinal surgery and this has helped so much with reducing pain and supporting my recovery. I worried that it would dig in at my waist and put too much pressure on my back but it is SO COMFY AND LIGHT WEIGHT! Would 100% recomend. Toying with the idea to get a 2nd for when i go back to work.

Had to write a review as I have purchased at least 4 of these as I kept lending them to family members who had a back problem and knew I would not get them back as they are so good to wear and really help with pain giving relief from pain and so letting the back begin to recover from injury. Really good value for money.

This is a game changer for moderate back pain. I have struggled with coccyx pain and since breaking my ankle my posture isn’t helping. This is so comfortable. I tend to keep it on all day as even without cold it’s just nice as a back brace. The two pads makes perfect sense so you ca have one cooling whilst using the other or one for cold one for warm? I tend to wear the logo side inwards though as my only critism it the netting can feel quite scratchy against my back hence not 5 stars. I like the padded side against my back. I guess if use the scratchy side it will prob be colder so it depends on requirements. I’ve not used for warm yet. But really please so far. 👍🏻👍🏻

Good quality velco belt. Strong fixing holding gel packs. Works very well.

Great when I first got this. Lovely and warm or lovely and cold, and the two gel packs means you can easily switch between hot and cold. But I only got around a dozen uses from this before the velcro wore out and it kept falling off. Very difficult then to keep it on as clothes peg etc ping off. Then, shortly after, the pack I used for hot ruptured in the microwave with all the hot internal gel spilling out.

So far very satisfied with the item. Comfortable to wear and the interchangeable hot and cold gel packs are easy to use

I broke my Lunbar spine in 2021 and pain has been awful..This is great for short-term relief..If you ha e a function etc to go to,put this on for an hour before you go..I'd be lost without it.

I'd like to give it 3.5 stars, as it's good, but not a solid 4 from my view. I like the idea that I could wear a heated gel pack, rather than trying to sit awkwardly on a loose on. Initially I was very impressed. That was until one of the gel packs started to leak after only two uses. Fine, I can live with one, as I'd only use this for heat, and dont need a spare in the freezer. What could have also made this better would have been that the inner lining between you and the gel pack, were a bit thicker or solid. It's just a mesh, and if you use this when not wearing a shirt (or hiked up shorts), it's not comfortable against your skin. The gel packs also dont seem to retain heat very long. I have some cheap gel packs that stay warmer far longer. Very nice idea, executed fairly OK, but for the money, I think perhaps not work it. Might be best for those who want to gel pack while walking around. But if your sitting, regular gel packs seem to be just as effective.

Muy mala calidad de producto, menos de un mes de uso y se sale el gel por las uniones. Pasa lo mismo en ambos pads así que es defecto de fabricación.. No recomiendo que lo compren.
