If "nothing" could be packaged, this product would be the closest thing I could think of. Smells like nothing, tastes like nothing. I'd rather go outside and eat some of the lawn which at least would taste like SOMETHING.

One word: Revolting.
I was very disappointed to find out that a product bearing the name of "Quest" could look and smell so disgusting! The fishy smell will not leave your nose even after repetitive rinsing of the pasta which looks like glass noodles and does not have the texture know where the color not want to look of pasta whatsoever! Do yourself a favor and pass on this product altogether. Seller "lucky donk" unwilling to take item back. Buy from someone else if unsure you are going to like this or not.

Not worth it.
Nothing special. It doesn't taste. Unless you don't wash it enough to where the saline solution it comes in is still on it, then it tastes like salt.It also has a strange consistency. It in no way reminds me of pasta, except for the shape.

A Whole Lot of Nope.
I'm extremely obsessed with pasta. My husband is Italian, and who doesn't love carbs? I've tried looking for lower carb alternatives and I was excited when I came across Quest Pasta. We made stir fry with this, and it all tasted AMAZING. We didn't get that fishy smell that everyone was talking about, and with the chicken and vegetables we threw into the mix, the texture wasn't an issue. The noodles actually seemed to hold the sauce well. The sprint to the bathroom in the middle of the night WAS the issue, however. My husband and I were doubled over all night with GI issues (TMI), and we Googled a possible cause for the stomach pain... Looks like a lot of people get GI issues when consuming the root of the konjac plant (which is apparently what shirataki noodles are made of). We wanted to love this, but I guess pasta in moderation is our only option.
