I was really impressed with this frame. It is exactly as it looks in the photo, distressed genuine wood that doesn't look all "fauxed out" like many other similar frames I've seen. The frame comes with glass, which arrived completely intact. The packaging job was extremely secure and I think it would have taken a lot of work to even ding the contents of the box. Purchasing this frame on Amazon instead of from the big online art store saved me at least $40. I will be back for more of these in the future!

This is the 2nd frame I have purchased from this maker. Their frames are BEAUTIFUL and quality made. I love them for framing our beautiful pictures of great outdoor adventures in Colorado!! They are rustic and perfect for the pictures we love to frame. I will order these frames again and again!!

Yes, this is pressed wood with a veneer but who cares. It is lovely and I am pleased with it. It came extremely well packed and was in perfect condition. The slightly distressed look of the frame really looks like wood. The little metal pieces that you bend to hold the backing together do not feel thin and secured everything securely.

Item came well packaged. No broken glass and no chipped edges. It is not a bad frame for the price as I was not about to pay three times the amount on a real wood frame. From the front it could pass as wood, from the back you can tell it is made of wood composite but I knew that when I purchased it. I framed my dog's collage portrait from a professional photographer (yes, that was the pricey part!) and it all looks very well together. The portrait is what stands out not the frame which is good.

I think I like them. I mean, I have 9 of them at this point, lol. They are packaged well, and I've never received one that was damaged. All are in excellent condition and look great in my house. In fact, my clumsy self accidentally dropped one and the way it sounded, I was for sure the glass had cracked. Nope. Nada! Everything was ok *whew!*. I definitely recommend them.
