This is a well-made product. It's easy to extend and I like the fact that you can control the length, whereas some of the others have 3 or 4 preset settings. The squeegee could be bigger but no biggie. It does get heavy when fully extended, so you wouldn't want to be doing that for too long. One thing to keep in mind is that when you extend it to about 16-18' it starts to get a bit squirrelly and when it's fully extended, it's essentially a wet noodle, impossible to control and completely useless for most tasks. I was thinking it might work if you tied a rope to the end and had someone else hold it to keep it stable. Otherwise, you are way more likely to break the window than to clean it. Still a very good product and very well made.

I've brought this extension pole to clean windows around my house on May 8th 2020. The pole is light weight and easy to use. With high ceiling and 2nd floor windows, i was able to cleaned all windows, ceiling fans, and vents around the house.The only negative thing that i would like the design consider is the microfiber scrubber. Offering a scrubber like that of vehicle window scrubber as accessories, because the microfiber too soft and unable to clean off dirt and grime of the outside window. The work around is to tide dishwasher scrubber like "Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty" in place of the microfiber. Overall, i am happy with my purchase. BTW, i've also used the pole to knock off swap nest at a safe distance without chemical spray.

My son has a Christmas Lighting business. I helped him last year decorate trees. He was using a modified paint pole which I found heavy but effectiveI found this pole on Amazon and decided that this might make his job easierThese are the features that I liked about it Much lighter but still had strength Was able to extend out 3 feet further for a higher reach and for a better looking tree Foam grip for easier handling Adjustable tension to lock down the extensionsWhat I didn’t care for The notch to snag the lights was not deep enough to maintain. It works but could definitely be better. My suggestion for improvement is to make the hook 2 inches longer with a deeper notch to snag the lightsWe were able to make the notch deeper ourselves which helpedBottom line is that this pole quickly became our favorite so I bought him a second one

I received only the pole because the box was open at one end, and I guess the brush/squeegee attachment fell out. When I contacted this company, they responded quickly, and I received the missing attachment in a few days. My husband cleaned our upstairs windows, and it worked so well. Although he did say, it was rather heavy. My windows look great. And it is easy to store when not fully extended. My husband is a beekeeper and recently used it to help remove a hive of bees from a tree. So a good thing for a beekeeper to own too.

Pros: Extremely sturdy and well built, easy to extend and manipulate in different angles. 2 adjustment points. Large padded grips.Cons: A ittle heavy, velcro on the washable pad is weak and may come apart when using.All in all amazing product. You cannot beat this price for this quality. If you need to wash high windows, this is your best choice.

Did not include the light hook as was listed that would come with it. The shipping tube arrived with both ends completely open. No instructions, no hook.

Pole is well made and fairly light BUT very difficult to use if the pole is extended. We have 5 large picture windows about 15 or so feet from ground level so thought this would help clean them. Need to find another solution to clean my windows

Not bad. When fully tightened the squeegee head does not line up properly with adjustment angle of the rod.
