This is good product with a powerful hold.A little goes a long long way. The first time i did my retwist i definantly used to much and all of my locs stuck together. Came out with a few good washes.Secons time i used just a touch on each loc and came out great. Heat turns it on.It dries clean no flakes. Even when i used too much Two containers should last me a long time.

It’s alright I guess. I have soft curly hair and it doesn’t hold for me, just curls back after taking my clips out.

I used this for my 5 year to maintain his dreadlocks. This was the first time i actually re twisted his dreads because I started them as two strand twist. There is no residue and the hold is great especially if you blow dry for about 5 minutes.

I learned of this product while in South Africa so I knew it worked well. I’m giving it one star because both jars arrived half full. So disappointing. I see that another customer had the same problem. Other than that this works great for braiding and Locs. I think I’ll have to get from South Africa to avoid the half jar problem.

I retwisted my son's locs with it. Great hold and no white buildup.
