Worth the money for these lifting straps
The media could not be loaded. I didn't know that Amazon has Sunday delivery so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the Nayoya lifting straps. I have previously used a variety of their products over the years because the quality is top notch for the prices they sell them at but I have never had Sunday delivery. Just so happens to coincidentally be the same day that I have off from the gym. I was so excited to use them that I contemplated going to the gym but ultimately decided to be patient and wait a day.*update*Today I got to try these bad boys out. First impression is that they're made of durable, quality materials and enough thought was put into making these with the intention of creating the perfect weight lifting accessory. The first thing I noticed was the nylon carry pouch. GREAT! Now I dont have to search occasionally to remember where I put them. Added convenience is always an extra + .I started my workout as I always do with a warm up 3 sets of pullups. The difference these grips made was very noticeable with the very first set. Nayoya product description 'let's you feel one with the bar' was the first thing that came to mind. That's exactly the best way to describe the difference these lifting straps made to my workout. However I had a chest day and didnt feel the need to use them, but did finish my gym session with 3 sets of dumbell shrugs to failure to bring out my traps and these grips gave me full support in my wrists and no grip fatigue. Will update once I have a full back workout day later this week.

Review of Nayoya lifting Straps
This product is the best of both worlds for wrist support and grip but if you have huge hands it might be a little small for you. That being said it is still a great product to have you could easily lift heavy weight with it. The strap feels great around your wrist but be careful the metal attachment can dig into your wrist if they are bigger than average. The design of the product is simple but effective. It wraps around your wrist for support and the flap goes on the bottom of the hand for grip support. The flap can be easily moved out of the way to lift items that the wraps are not needed for. The velcro strap is easy to remove.. The wraps and soft carrying pouch are of nice quality materials and the pouch feels great. This product was made to last which is great for the money you are spending on it.pros-feels great-works well-quality materialcons-bigger hands might be affected by metal attachment.

After a few years I have finally found the perfect weight lifting straps
I am a female that loves to power lift as well as compete in crossfit and try to maintain my hands to still look "girly". I have tried many lifting straps through the last year as well as tried wrist support wraps but these are the perfect all in one lifting straps.I have tried the old school harbinger straps but they were very uncomfortable on my wrists and did not prevent calluses. It was also very annoying to try to wrap them over the bar multiple times.I have also tried very expensive grips but they caused slippage and moved around if my hands got sweaty. Finally I decided to invest in a pair of Nayoya' s lifting straps and am happy to say I will be sticking with them. The wrist support is excellent and easy to adjust depending on how tight or lose I want them. The pad surface is great quality and feels just right.I first tried these on while dead lifting and they didn't move around when my hands got sweaty. These grips were very stable and provided me the perfect grip and wrist support. I was even able to add weight to the bar that I wasn't able to perform during my previous deadlift centered workout. These are very light and not bulky and perform just as advertised. A few of the guys even walked over to ask what brand these are and said they look of great quality.I learned a lesson here that if you want a quality product you have to spend just a little bit more and for under $25 these definitely are a steal.

These are pretty decent for the price
These are pretty decent for the price, and they seem well made. However it is possible for the metal loops to dig into you if you cinch them tight. it would be better if the sewn on portion was offset a bit so that the neoprene pad would fully back the loops. The grip is very good, but they are a little bit cumbersome to get used to. It would be easier to wrap the bar if the grip strap were about an inch longer.Overall I like them, and they definitely help me to deadlift with better form. I will keep using them, though i might tape my wrists to prevent the loops digging into me.

AWWWWLLL KINDZZ OF GAINS
ALLLL KINDZZ OF GAINSPROS:This allows you to definitely increase weight in pulling motions, pushing motions maybe a little bit due to wrist supportGreat qualityPersonally within a month I increased my Dumbbell rows from 100lb up to 120lb for 4-6 Reps, obviously I was getting stronger but these helped a lot. For weighted pull ups I went from 30lb up to 50lb. Disclaimer: Not everyone's results will be the same but this will help with your liftsGreat wrist support and Comfort, no pinching or poking if put on correctly.IT DOESN"T STINK UP YOUR WRISTS I sweat a lot and it didn't start getting smelly until 6 months 4-6 days a week 2 hour training sessionsObviously results may vary but I noticed it smelled newer even after a few monthsCONS:None really, My Velcro has finally started to come loose after 6 months and that is how long I have had it for. You shouldn't expect Velcro to last that long and I'm surprised it did!The metal loop can sometimes put pressure on top of your hand when doing pushing motions but if you put it on correctly it is comfortableI'll be buying another set soon.Other details:I weigh 145Deadlift 355DB Row is 120lbBench 235lbI have done strength training for the past 6 monthsI don't lift heavy weights compared to others but in moderation these wraps have done a good job and I am very happy. You could probably expect the lifespan to be shorter if you are bigger guy that lifts heavy @$$ weights lol
