Always my question when ordering from Amazon. "Is this item going to be garbage?" This box fortunately is not. The seal is good. I know this because the box was under vacuum when it arrived. A bit of prying opened it. For me that's a good sign of a tight fit. The hardware is stainless, not completely non magnetic but will probably be fine in the rain. In a salty environment possibly not. The internal mounting board is very convenient and works perfectly for my application. For small sealed low voltage use this is perfect.To the company that made this, well done.

This watertight box was the perfect answer to my needing a replacement for an old metal Malibu lighting box which had rusted out. The plastic matrix that mounts in the rear of the box works great for mounting anything onto it. Since the box is rigid plastic, you can drill access holes wherever you need them for conduit or connectors.

If you need a high quality weatherproof PVC box, I’m pleased with this one. It will contain electronics for my rooftop solar panel system.

Sturdy box to water proof my low voltage transformer that weighs 11 pounds. Would have gotten 5 stars if basic mounting hardware was included. Wall anchors and screws. I cut a 2" hole in the bottom to run wires. I'll cover that up with a piece of plastic to keep the lizards out.

Decent quality box that can be drilled and have conduit holes cut. I needed this for a PLC with multiple add on cards, large PSU, temperature PTC and current transformer. It works well and is decent quality although you have to go slow while machining/cutting holes. My only criticism is they should tell you that the wall mounting brackets need enclosure penetrating screws which is also true if you mount it directly (hard as the back mounting plate obscures the holes). Not sure why they can't provide captive nuts molded in the plastic box to attach the wall brackets as they do for the mounting plate inside but they don't. So if you want the box to be IP65 rated you have to carefully seal any holes. I knew this going in as I have purchased a smaller version before. Overall a decent quality plastic enclosure.

This is a pretty nice box, good latches and seals, thick plastic, wish the risers for the mount panel were a little higher so there was more room behind, but that would impact available front depth, so, tradeoffs...

Wanted to enclose my router from the elements, tight fit but I was able to hide all the extra cables and a surge protector. This save me from drilling into my mobile. Great signal being it's made of plastic.

Excellent quality electrical control box for garage. Door latches and seals. I built a lighting contactor panel (three circuit) for a pole barn with a 24v low Voltage pushbutton control located near the overhead garage door opener.
