more times than not when buying things you cannot touch or try on we are usually dissappointed with the item. not the case with this necklace!! i wasn't expecting it to WOW me but OMG! it is so shiny and thick. i appreciate how you gift wrapped it in a shiny box with a ribbon AND included an invoice. many sellers just toss items in a bag and ship. thank you for this wonderful gift ! now to fill it with charms :)

I ordered this charm locket and chain back in May. After wearing it almost daily most of the plating has worn off of the chain and it is irritating my skin. I removed the chain each night and never wore it in water, but I am still left with an unwearable chain. I will be looking to purchase a replacement chain before I can wear my charm locket again. On the other hand, the charm locket has held up very well and I love it-

I am pleased with the quality of this charm locket. It showed up quickly, and looks great! The magnet closure is strong, and it doesn't look cheap at all. Especially for the price, you can't beat it. I will be ordering more to give as gifts.

The locket looks nice, but the chain is chunkier than i expected. I haven't wore it many times because it's already started to tarnish and turn pink-ish. In the future I'll just spend a bit extra to stick with the name brand trends.
