This is my second time using Beetles and here's what I personally recommend... don't buff your nails. Push cuticles back and clean them well with nail polish remover before applying the base coat, but don't buff them. Yes, this means they will come off sooner, but when they do they pop off in one piece! I'm a stay at home mom of five young boys and wash my hands a fair bit throughout the day. I do use gloves for washing dishes. For the first set I did, I didn't buff my nails and they lasted beautifully for about 8-10 days. Then, all on the same day one nail chipped and then one by one I could easily pop the rest off. My nails were perfectly clean and undamaged underneath and I didn't have to deal with a fiasco of acetone!Then the second time I did my nails I made the mistake of lightly sanding/buffing my nails with a filer, thinking it might help them last longer. They did not last longer--well at least not in nice condition--and came off in pieces. The parts that stayed on were a pain to get off. Plus after I was done using acetone and scraping it off my nails didn't look very happy, they were dry and well...scraped :(I personally don't like dealing with acetone (the mess, the risk of spilling on our wood floors, the chemicals, and the time) so I will never again buff my nails! I will leave them smooth so I can enjoy those 11 or so days of perfect nails before they easily pop off whole, rather than chipping in parts and looking awful for a few days until I take the time to do the full acetone process. Just my two cents!Now my opinion on these particular colors: The Pink Angel collection is fun, bright, and girly. I really love the color of the second-to-last mulberry pink in two layers - it's a perfect hot pink (first pic, right hand). 3 layers gives you more of the true mulberry color which is also very nice but deeper (second pic, left hand). I added one layer of glitter before the top coat.One of the glitter colors in the Pink Angel collection has a base pink color in addition to glitter, the other is a base of clear with darker pink glitter. It gives a few fun options for layering!

Very very very pretty and because it's gel a little goes a long way. It don't air dry so you have plenty of time to make it look nice! They last till I take them off there is no smell at least that brothers me they arnt sticky at all bottle size I'd small but a little goes along way the polish is amazing quality

Love the pretty colors for my home gel kit. Bought these for Christmas and was super excited to use the fun glitter colors for NYE, the Red for Valentines Day, and the green and gold for St Patrick’s Day. I was pleasantly surprised that this lasted through several holidays and gave me cute colored nails to show off to my friends! The gels is the right thickness and applies evenly and smoothly, it’s not too sticky. The bottle size is great.

Love the smoothness of the paint but the colors don’t quite match the picture. They are still pretty colors! Seems to last longer than other paints.

So cute, I’ve only used one color so far but I can tell they’re all going to be soooo gooodddd. I feel like a sparkle fairy princess.

I bought these to start doing my own nails bc going to the nail salon is just so expensive, the colors are beautiful and it is definitely worth the money especially when your hair now starting out doing your own nails at home.

I was excited to try the Beetles Jelly Gel Nail Polish Set, especially for the beautiful sheer pinks and nudes that are perfect for a soft, everyday look. The colors are lovely and look great when applied, but there were a few issues that keep me from giving this set a higher rating.Pros:• Beautiful, Soft Colors: The shades are gorgeous, and they offer a nice sheer look that’s ideal for a natural manicure. Great for a subtle, classic vibe.• Good Variety: The six colors provide options for different looks, all in the same delicate, milky tone family.Cons:• Thin Formula: The polish is quite sheer, so it takes several coats to get a decent color payoff. Even with multiple layers, some colors still look a bit too transparent.• Chips Easily: I noticed chipping within a few days, even with a top coat. It doesn’t seem to have the long-lasting durability I expected from gel polish.Overall, it’s a pretty set if you don’t mind applying multiple coats and retouching more frequently. I would recommend it for someone looking for a soft, sheer look, but keep in mind the longevity isn’t as strong as other gels.

Love this brand. Small bottles but last forever, always be careful to not overfill your cuticle because it can cause irritation but that goes for almost all gel polishes. They are pigmented and usually only take 1-2 layers needed. Rarely ever chip and great for nail designs.
