I love this book, was better than I thought it was going to be, it goes over all the pagan/Wiccan holidays and seasons, with multiple crafts and altar ideas for each on as well as a write-up and overview of seasonal herbs and crystals. This is a great book to have on hand to help start you out on seasons celebrations or to add new ideas as well, will be working through this book for seasons to come. Really recommend this book.

If you prefer altars with loads of greenery and other items from nature, this is a great book for you. The photos and descriptions are clear and concise. I would have preferred more variety in the altars.

I actually forgot that I purchased this book and will begin searching for it in the morning because I am in the middle of doing research on the history and use of Altars. So I'll double back with a concise review. Honestly, I cannot recall a book I've purchased that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. I gave this 4 stars to denote my lack.

Love this sweet little book, I bought it as a gift for a friend, received it, then turned around and bought two more. I bought one for me, and one as another gift!!!

This lovely little book is filled with practical ideas to help celebrate wheel of the year or even just to bring nature into the home. Each holiday has adaptable altar plans and an illustrative and succinct passage that explains each idea. The photos throughout are gorgeous and delightful and worth the price alone. I’m especially fond of the Samhain altar.

so appreciate this book. I am in he beginning stages of creating altars and I like the breakdown and recommendations of what to use. the history and other information is helpful.

Good book for if you want to bring more of the sabbats to your altar. It does not have many general or deity related altar recommendations. So if you're looking for a more general book this isn't the book for you. Do you want to do more for the sabbats? Then this is perfect.
