3 Gallon 10-Pack Grow Bags Heavy Duty Thickened Nonwoven Fabric Containers for Potato/Plant Growing Pots with Handles (Black)

I gave up my garden last year and when I saw my niece using these, I thought it would be an easy, fun way to grow some fresh veggies close to the house. There is some serious potting soil expense if you are setting up all 10 at once. I used a combo of outdoor potting soil and bagged compost. I didn't fill all the way to the top because of the money involved (about 4" short), they did their job, but would be better completely filled. You do need to see they get watered daily if it doesn't rain, but not hard to do. I called it my "pot garden" lol It produced what I wanted for the two of us and then some. I had enough cucumbers produced by two pots I was able to make pickles besides having plenty to eat. They did better than they had done in my regular garden. I replanted green beans after the first round was done and managed to get another crop before the Ohio weather stopped cooperating. They held up super well and are going to be fine for another round of fun next year.

1 gallon is not big so be careful when ordering the size you want.

I have used the larger sized OS fabric pots (beginning with 5 gallons) for years now. I replace them every few years if heavily used. Usually the straps break off after a year or 2, but the pot is still useful. It would be great to have a few sewn in slots around the top edges so you could tie things to them. Definitely work! Healthy roots n all.

The sides fall when you try to load them. I purchased both the 10 and 25 gallon bags. I filled them with soil, coir, and chicken waste to grow my garden in. While the wicking and leaching from the oyster shell in the chicken waste makes the bags look like the are growing mold, they are not. I have never had such an easy growing mobile container garden until I used this product, I would recommend for easy container gardens, with easy watering, and relocation.

I bought these to replace some that my doggos tore up. They are good quality for the price I would have given 5 stars, but the handles are very small. The small handles make moving these a pain. Otherwise they worked great for my veggies.

Growing your own potatoes saves money at the grocery store.

These are thick enough that weeds do not Pentwater and the are very durable. I grew potatoes in them and had a great turn out
