Just took delivery on this little O2 concentrator backpack. I am of average height (5'5") but am very, very thin (under 100 lbs). I was worried that I would have to draw the straps in so far to make the backpack fit me that I would have miles and miles of 'extra' strap hanging everywhere. I am very happy to say that there is plenty of strap length so the pack straps can lengthen to fit over bulky clothing/coats but not so much strap that I'm drowning in/tripping over excess strap length when wearing the pack over regular clothing. If you are a larger person, I'm honestly not sure this pack will work for you if need to wear it over bulky clothing. The pack appears very sturdy, and is well sewn. Fits my Inogen G3 perfectly...like a glove (it WILL NOT hold a larger machine). Has a neat little zipper flap thing on the right shoulder strap to help contain/guide your oxygen tubing. It's not terribly obvious in the photos or mentioned in the product description, but this pack DOES have a waist strap (the text on the product photos mentions it). The padding on the shoulder straps is nice and wide. The color of the pack is not a vibrant pink; up close, the fabric actually shows a variegated blend of colors in the weave that from a distance overall reads more towards a light burgundy. It's a lovely color. The pack accommodates an extended battery with ease, and a pad is included to fill the space left over if using a "regular" battery. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase, especially when you see other, supposedly "fancier" packs that are far more expensive with poor ratings. This is a great little pack!

Its a perfect fit for Inogen 3 straps are sturdy and comfortable, it doesnt pull down on my back which doesnt cause me added back pain, Im able to have my hands free to dance. very happy with Case highly recommended

Was looking for a backpack to make it easier on me to do more things alone ,I had a sling pack but it killed my shoulder . My machine fits wells and I do like that mine comes with a place for my tube. Now while I wanted to love this I can’t say that I do. Even though I tightened it as tight as it would go and I used both straps, I found it still gave me back pain between my shoulders while carrying . So I’m just trading my pain from my shoulder to my back with this. If I tighten it any tighter it rubs under my arms which isn’t ideal and I have to put my hand under the pack to hold it up to ease my pain. What I also don’t like is that the bottom zipper doesn’t seem to be a heavy duty zipper so it makes me worried that the zipper may fail one day down the road. The pack is well made but I do think the zipper needs to be a heavy duty grade considering what it’s holding in the pack and I also suggest that the zippered part for the tubing needs a loop hook to hold the zipper up as it slides down a lot . My pack also came differently then what was pictured when I bought it which I don’t mind but the product pictures do need updating and there is a weird cutout hole in the back of the pack that serves no purpose(perhaps it was a power cord hole but seems pointless really since it plugs in the top ). Overall the pack is nice but the price point is high in my opinion for this product but considering there aren’t many options out there it is what it is .

I just received my back pack today. I have only used it a small bit but already am so grateful that I found it. It spreads the load between the shoulders and onto the back. I have only been wearing oxygen for less than a week. I can't get over how much the weight digs into my shoulder with a single strap. I should be returning to a very active job in a few weeks. I knew that I had to find a solution. As far as I can see this will go miles to making my life easier and more comfortable. I am grateful. Thank you!

Exactly what I needed.

The backpack fits my one G3 perfectly. I can use my 8hr battery with it and fits perfectly. The chest, waist straps,and tubing holder are easy to negotiate. The best of all is that I can keep the unit on my back while driving around doing errands. The machine works perfectly because there is air around it. AMAZING purchase. Thank you 02Totes

I’m 5’4” and weigh 126. The padded part of the shoulder straps could be shorter. The backpack sits right at my waist and the padded strap cuts into my armpits. I can not make the backpack fit better on my back because the padded part is way to long for me. Please consider making a model that fits petite women better. It is made well and light weight.
