This product is very awesome as it relives all its pain. It is very easy to use. It comes with a blower which is use to fill the neck pillow anywhere and at anytime. It is very easy to carry because of its light weight and it can be folded and can be carried in bag. At this price this product is jst to fabulous. It is very nice product for senior citizens. Good product and it’s comfort to use

Low quality...not even getting a replacement now waste of money

I bought this device due to a particularly bad flare up including a weak right arm. I have used it for 20- 30 minutes twice a day for 3 days. After the first use my pain had eased and I could turn my head enough to drive a car. After 2-3 uses the power is now returning in my arm, which normally takes a few weeks.This won’t cure my problem, but so far it is one of the best treatments I have tried. Even though it is likely to only provide short term benefits, I can use it as much as I like so in a way is able to maintain longer-term pain reduction. It is also a significant amount less money than a single appointment with a private physiotherapist or chiropractor.In summary, I would advise anyone with chronic (long-term) neck pain to give this a go. It is cost effective and involves no medication. Combine this with the right regular home exercises and you could have a better quality of life.** The best and most simple exercise for neck pain is... Every night when you go to bed, lie on your back and push your head firmly into the pillow for a couple of seconds. Aim to lift your shoulders off the bed using the backward movement of your head. Repeat this 20 times each night. It strengthens the muscles in the back of the neck that we don’t use during the day allowing the head to be held in a better position without trying.

The parameters given in this review like Pain relief, Comfort and easy to use I have given 5 stars because the product does what it says though comfort level has to be compromised. On the product quality, I won't give a single star because it is substandard, I got this product on Feb 20 2020 but by March 15 2020 the air started leaking. So within a month of continuous usage for daily one hour it is leaking. So I would recommend this product but don't buy from this manufacturer/supplier. This product is sub standard and useless. Please please please don't buy from this manufacturer supplier. I am going to buy again but from a different manufacturer/supplier.

This is a very Cheap Quality Product,Cheap material and cheap straps and cheap pump is used here and there covering is low class as well

Its good as an alternate neck traction

Bought this for myself & my mother, we both have neck pain due to continuous use of mobile...product received as per description and sample pictures...Within 15-20 mins after using we felt relief in neck pain, we hope to get recovery soon.Thank you
