Live in Mountains. Have Caliper Brake Bike.
I have a 2015 Trek Domane; which is obviously a caliper brake bike. I moved from Wisconsin to Colorado and did a lot of mountain area road biking on this bike which had AL rims. When I broke a rim on a hard climb during the pandemic, my bike mechanic provided new carbon rims due to the scarcity of AL rims. But even though he installed Shimano carbon pads, the braking power (and the noise) were all bad. I felt at risk of something bad happening during a mountain ride, like Copper Triangle. So, I bought these SwissStop brakes. HOLY FREAKIN COW!!! These things are awesome. First time since receiving carbon rims that I was able to skid the back tire! Do not hesitate to purchase these if you are in the small orphaned community of cyclists that have a quality bike, but still caliper brakes!I now feel safe in a mountain descent with these brakes.

Improvement from Simano Sora Brake Pads
My bike had Sora groupset including brakes. Replaced with these brake cartridge and pads, noticed it brakes harder and full stop in shorter distance!

Grippiest brake pads ever
I picked these up because the Zipp Cork pads have zero braking power in the rain, and boy do these have grip! From research I found out there, I kept a set of Zipp corks on the front for fine control and put a set of Swiss Stop Yellow on the rear for less fine control, but more power. This combo works great, but I find I lock up the rear a bit too often, but that's just me needing to get used to the new pads.I have this setup on my road bike and my Tri bike. "But who uses their brakes on a Tri bike?" you ask? I do when coming upon a hairpin turn, at a two highway intersection, during a monsoon, like what happened to me during a TimeTrial this year, with just cork pads... Slowing down took far too much distance and time on the wet corks.I highly recommend the Swiss Stop Yellows. They have great grabbing power, no squeak, and look pretty awesome. In fact if you own a black bike with yellow trim, it's mandatory that you get these brake pads. If you own a black bike without yellow trim, get these and change your trim to yellow!

The absolute best
These things are by far the best I have ever used. No comparison. I now have the urge to replace all the pads on my other bikes with these.

SwissStop itself was a great help when I contacted them concerning my problem
I could not use these pads in my 1990 Shimano Exage Motion calipers (1990 Schwinn Worldsport). The threaded barrel was too large in diameter to fit in the slot in the calipers. Ultimately, I had to return these and get Shimano Ultegras. However, now that I have the Ultegra shoes which fit my calipers, when it's time for pads, I will get the SwissStop ones. (The original Shimano shoes had threads integral to the shoes themselves, making it impossible to replace only the pads.)I will say that the quality of these is apparent in the package, though I have no experience actually braking with them. SwissStop itself was a great help when I contacted them concerning my problem, but did not have a better solution for me.
