I'm baffled by the previous negative reviews complaining that this isn't suitable for their hamsters! This is because it isn't a hamster cage!! 😂 The description clearly states for rabbits, guinea pigs etc. I've had guinea pigs/rabbits all of my life and so have had plenty of cages for them. I was suprised by the quality of this one, given the price. It's sturdy, well made and the base is quite high which prevents sawdust being flicked around the room (which drives me nuts!). The added extras are a bonus! It also opens at the top and the side and the doors are both really big so it's easy to pick up your pet. It took me a little while to work out how to open and lock the doors but that's probably just me being daft. I bought the large one so that I could bring my 2 guinea pigs inside whilst it's so cold and it's plenty big enough for them. They also really like the platform bit as they can hide underneath. All in all a great purchase!

I love these indoor cages. We have had house rabbits for years and this cage is a favourite. I have just bought my second Jumbo cage for my two good sized lops, due to having to separate our two temporarily. They have an Ellie Bo run too. I love the light colour (many other cages are dark coloured and I have light flooring), ease of access and sturdiness of this cage. It's easy to build and great value too. I never write reviews but I had to write one about this! I would have been happy to pay this price without the accessories but they are an added bonus and are of good quality. I might remove the ladder as they just jump up onto the shelf. Always make sure your bunny has fresh water and hay, which is very important for their teeth and digestion. They are companion animals and need lots of space. If you are new to rabbits the Rabbit Welfare Association has great advice, they are on Facebook. Hope it's ok to write that in here.

I chose this cage for my New Guinea pig not sure what to expect. I had a ferplast cage before and that was great but at the time of my search they were quite pricy and I was on a budget. But when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It is very sturdy once assembled. It took quite a bit of effort to put together but when finished was definitely sturdy. The accessories included seem well made. The platform is an extra bonus as it adds a bit of extra roaming space. my boy soon got the hang of the ramp. The cage area itself is a few centimetres smaller than stated but still amply big enough for one boar. The cage is a bit more tricky to clean than my previous one, with the back edge and corners being hard to reach. The top opening door helps with this and I soon got used to it. The sides of the base tray are quite high which stops hay and shavings being kicked out. Overall, I’m very happy with this cage and so is my boy

Nice cage. Shelf could be sturdier. As another buyer states the Jumbo, which I purchased measurements are not as stated on listing. I measured from widest parts outside of cage with a professional metal tape measure. Length 118cm X Width 58cm X Height 52cm as outside, the inside areas are smaller. Originally had a very large high cage on wheels with two shelves and a poufie to jump up on and over, to get in and out of. My indoor OAP Dwarf Lop Bunny, 9 yrs Nov she started having problems getting in and out of it. Tried a few others that were no good. My Bunnies cage is left open all day, so she has the choice of being in or out of her cage. She eats, drinks and sleeps in her cage at night. She is also litter trained and her litter tray is in her cage. Her cage is in my living room. She also has massive tunnels under dinner table and chairs, which she sleeps in or hides in during the day. I would not give her a cage any smaller than this one, bunnies need space and it is crual to keep them in a small cage, especially all the time. This size cage suits her for night time use only. It also suits for the occasional time my daughter's dog has to stay at mine, although still leave her cage open and living room door shut if I am in garden or out while dog is here. The only thing I would change about this cage is: * The bottom, Bunnies have fluffy pawd, so slip everywhere. * The shelf does not feel supportive enough. I put a jumbo edible tunnel under it to support. * The front opening could be lower making it easier for Bunny to get in and out. * The ramp is useless as bends and my Bunny likes to hop on and off shelf. * The shelf same as bottom, slippery for fluffy Bunnies. I was prepared for this so purchased a non slip material from Amazon. This is used under towels on bottom of cage and shelf. The accessories I find useless apart from Hay rack and even that I didn't really need. My Bunny has always drank water from a heavy bowl and eaten from a heavy bowl. Would have preferred to receive a large high back litter tray instead of all the things that came with cage. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and excellent value for money. Also think my fluffy girl is happy with her new cage. Might have to purchase something to help her up and over entrance though due to arthritis and the height of it. Would recommend the Jumbo size for one indoor Bunny only. Any other size would be two small.

Great cage for space, cost and delivery time, currently using for 1 Guinea pig( he is our chunky potato) and will be ordering another for our other Guinea, could possibly house 2 but for me, the space is really important so just housing one in each, can easily run zoomies. Platform also removable, which I have done, to give more space for soft bed, toys etc easy to clean, don't need to remove cage part as top opening is large enough to reach in clean, secure closing fixings, Definitely recommend for indoor housing

Bought this cage for our outdoor rabbit whose partner had sadly passed away. We moved her into the cage to become an indoor rabbit. Excellent price and quality, plenty of room for her to move around. Easy to keep clean and easy to move if required. Pretty sturdy construction although the little ladder was far too flimsy for our bigger bunny to use so she just jumps up to platform. Very happy with this cage, brilliant for the price and much better, in my opinion, than some of the more expensive, smaller cages.

Great Guinea cage. It fits well on a simple ikea table. We’ve been using it for 2.5 weeks now and we love it. Luke seems happier in this cage too. The one we used to have was one of those 2x4’ ones with the soft bottoms so we had to keep the cage on the ground. My daughter wasn’t cleaning the soft bottom one well enough so that created a fly problem. Once we realized what was causing the flies, we threw both liners out and I was able to find this cage online (I wanted one like this originally, but wasn’t able to find one in stock any where). All the flies are gone now so I’m very happy with this cage. It’s much easier to clean, especially with the dog pee pads lining the bottom. We replace them and wipe down the bottom weekly. Luke actually comes out and takes food from our hand, whereas before he’d just hide so he clearly feels safer in this cage with being up higher. He gets up on the green level no problem…and then likes to jump off of it for some reason. We haven’t put any of his old toys in yet because he seems to prefer just running in a circle around the stairs multiple times. The blue food dish has grippers on the bottom so that helps the dish from moving around. He did manage to knock it off the green ledge once, so I just moved it over a bit and it seems fine now. I like having the food up there so it doesn’t get shavings in it like in his old cage that was all 1 level. The water bottle works well. He drinks about half of it a day with no leaking or other issues. It seems to be a good water flow for him. It’s also super easy to clean and visit him because of the wide doors. I can stick my whole head in there if needed. Great design. No issues putting it together.

Las puertas (lateral y superior) son grandes, lo que permite acceder sin esfuerzo a todos los rincones de la jaula, y por su tamaño podemos hacer algunos mantenimientos con la mascota dentro. Los barrotes están galvanizados y es fácil de montar, siguiendo las instrucciones. La rampa tiene unos pequeños escalones rugosos y el piso superior tiene unas pequeñas rugosidades, que vienen bien para la mascota. El piso inferior es liso, por lo que le pongo una alfombra para facilitar al conejo toy que corra por ella.

i have had this cage for 5 years now and i feel like i should write a review because its been so nice. its not heavy so its easy to move, ive had zero escapes, its quite sturdy and still going strong after all these years, easy to take apart and clean thoroughly. i cant speak for the quality of the additional items like the ramp, ledge, water bottle, hay feeder bc i did not use these things but the cage itself is quite nice. i initially bought this for my hedgehog and it is perfect hedgehog size! if youre looking for a hedgehog cage look no further this is the ideal. it also fit her giant hidey bed, wheel, litter box, and food and water bowls. for a cage bottom liner i really like piggy bed spreads and highly recommend them. currently i use this as a cage for my rescue ferret but he only uses it when its bed time or i have to leave the house. its a great size for a single ferret, bed, and litter box however please keep in mind ferrets need space to run around and play and explore. ferrets tend to prefer multi-level cages but this will work as long as they get plenty put of cage time. during the day my ferret spends all its time in a large play pen. ferrets are excellent escape artists and i am pleased to say that we have never once had an escape using this cage. the doors are very secure! i think this cage could be suitable for a single guinea pig but i am not 100% sure their space requirements off the top of my head. guinea pigs should really be housed in pairs however so this may not be a good option. if youre housing a very small rabbit like a baby or a holland lop i think this is a suitable bedtime cage but just like the ferret this is nowhere near enough space to run and play so youll need a larger play area that they can spend majority of their time in. i think any rabbit bigger than 4lbs will find the space quite cramped and would require something larger. i do not know the care requirements for chinchillas but i would imagine this would be too small based in how active i know they can be. just remember to always look up the space requirements of the animal you are buying a cage for before you purchase and youll have a happy healthy little friend. but i can tell you with 100% certainty if you have a hedgehog they will love this cage!

Enfin une cage bien conçue pour un prix abordable ! Le fond de cage est classique et lisse, ce qui permet un nettoyage facile. Les grilles sont de belle facture, solide au premier abord et après quelques semaines d'utilisation. Le gros plus est le système d'ouverture : Une sur le toit qui s'ouvre très largement en 2 volets, permettant un accès aisé pour le nettoyage notamment. La deuxième sur le devant, là aussi en 2 volets, ce qui offre une ouverture large. Le système de fermeture est simple mais particulièrement bien pensé et solide. La cage en elle-même est spacieuse, surtout avec sa très grande mezzanine qui ajoute un bel espace et dont le système d'attache est très bien pensé là encore. Cela permet d'y installer des activités/jeux pour l'animal sans trop d'encombrement. Notre lapin nain se plaît beaucoup dans cet habitat principal (il peut sortir dans le salon régulièrement car en semi-liberté). Pour conclure, une très belle cage, beaucoup plus solide et fonctionnelle que ce qu'on trouve habituellement. Le tout pour un prix vraiment très abordable. Bravo !
