I researched for WEEKS as there are hundreds (THOUSANDS) of options out there, some the same from different sellers at various prices, making the hunt even more perilous.  I finally settled on this one because the dimensions fit what I needed (to be near a window and reach above an air conditioning unit so cats could still see out and reign over their domain) and had what looked to be awesome plushy cushioned beds at the very apex of the towers.  The reviews were very positive and seemed to speak to what I was looking for - something sizeable that could handle larger cats.  It seems that the majority of cat towers out there are surprisingly lacking in platforms, beds, and little house/condo areas that can accommodate adult-sized cats.  Why??!  Lol??  Who is designing these things? I had purchased a different product (3' multi-platform stand) a couple of months ago and had to return it due to a faulty part, so I was REALLY hesitant about taking the plunge on this boss considering it was nearly 3 times more expensive than what I'd paid for the other.  But I did it anyway because I really needed this for the hot weather coming up.  I'm SO GLAD I went with this product.  WORTH EVERY PENNY.  Every part was included (it was easy to go through the clearly outlined list in the instruction manual and mark off all the parts to double-check that they were all there - and actually they provided 1 extra of each of the 2 types of screws), and the instructions were absolutely a breeze to follow.  I put this together myself in no time.  I had absolutely no problems whatsoever.  Every piece fit perfectly.  Nothing EVER works out for me like that, lol!  I was so thankful!  And as you can see, Sam here enjoys it already.It was listed as arriving between May 20th and May 26th and it arrived on May 20th - awesome.  Another plus.  It's very sturdy, very well-made.  The real selling point for me was the super plushy beds on top, lol.  They aren't HUGE, but they are very well padded and lined with a rim of extra padding and the plush cloth fabric makes them very inviting and comfy for the cats to lay on/snuggle in.I would highly recommend this product to anyone and have already raved about it to my friends with cats, I'm so impressed.  I know this will provide hours of entertainment and comfortable naps. ;)

Only reason I gave the assembly a 4 is because there is alot to assemble and the holes weren't punctured all the way through the fabric, but they were there I just had to puncture most of them myself which was easy. The overall sturdiness is great but I do have it in the corner of the room just because that's where it fits best. It's pretty big and the little cat homes on it are a good size, at the very least will fit a medium cat. The hammocks are kind of flimsy and a little small but still hold my cats, (my cats just dont like them). Both my cats absolutely LOVE the top 2 perches. They sleep on them all day and the perches are very plush and soft, I would sleep on one if I could lol. All around product is absolutely worth the price if you dont mind puncturing a few holes yourself. (Not hard work)

The product was delivered ahead of schedule which I loved. The cat tree was easy to assemble although the instructions could use some improvement. Our cats love it. Could have been a little wider to allow more space for easier navigation for large cats but they don't seem to mind that as much as I do. My only real complaint is the highest perch is not sturdy enough. One of my cats fell twice because the perch leaned when he tried to get down. We removed the pole and mounted the bed directly to the top of the top hide away and that fixed the safety issue for now until we have time to figure out a way to stabilize the pole. Everything else is really sturdy and stable. My cats weigh 19 lbs each so lighter cats may not have the problem we had with the top perch. Given how much my cats love it I feel it was money well spent. One last thing my cats didn't use the hammock they preferred to lay under it so we removed it. Also removed the ball toys. My cats are too old and lazy to play with them. Kept everything though in case we end up with a cat in the future that would enjoy it all.Update: Four months later and my cats still love it!! Submitted cat nap pic for you. They also love lounging on it to bird watch and during electrical storms they chill out in their own separate hide aways on the cat tree. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Decided not to reinstall the perch pole because the are happy with it as is. They can lay on their perches and groom or bat at each other.

The cats (5 seniors, 1 adult, and 2 kittens) love this monster of a cat tree. Pretty sturdy. The kittens especially are fascinated by it, and they play on it any time we're in the room. The older cats have been encouraged to explore more with the younger little monsters around. This will definitely hold up to scratching, tearing, teething (we're in that stage), and whatever else these guys can conjure up to attempt destruction on this tree. It will last many years here. If only my sanity makes it through! Lol highly recommended!!We had a slight problem with directions initially. The delivery was poor, not due to seller issues at all, but the box had been opened somewhat upon arrival. So we contacted the seller, who got back with us asap and provided everything we needed to assemble it, which was easy. The parts were all included, nothing was missing, and assembly was a breeze. The cats were fascinated with the process and have had a absolute blast since, hence the review. Definitely recommend this seller as well as the product, just to be very clear!!! They're awesome and excellent at providing help when needed.
