Good flavor
Very good quality and flavor. Good price. I use it in my homemade salad dressing

Simply the best
I've used other Dijon mustards both French and domestic, and this has turned out to be my favorite. I especially like to marinate fish in it and then coat them with a panko parmesan crust to bake. I also use this mustard in salad dressings (apple cider vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, and Edmond Fallot French Dijon Mustard), and on Comte cheese. Delicious! It's also not as hot as some Dijons.
