I chose this as a wedding gift for a friend. The couple was delighted, as it adds a special touch. The print quality was nice as shown in the product images. The team was prompt and showed me the prototype via email before dispatching.Also, you need to choose the size carefully. Use a measuring tape or check conversion calculator on Google to get an idea of the size of product.I was happy with the product and promptness of delivery.

Picture Quality is awesome ....

The print quality was very poor and light in color, nowhere close to what is shown in sample photos. Photo and people in the photo are not clearly visible if you watch from bit of a distance. Wood quality is poor too. Bought this as a gift but couldn't give it. Definitely not value for money, quite disappointed with this product. The only thing good was the fast delivery.

The concept was good and the turnaround time was also pretty good.Unfortunately1. The customer service is poor: I had asked them to share a sample and waiting for me to confirm but they just emailed back with a possibly automated message (at 1am) that if I don't respond within 1h, it'll automatically be processed2. The PDF preview they shared had a very high level of detail but the actual print was very poor. Don't expect any texture on the final product or you'll be disappointed

Print quality is faint compared to what is advertised. The wood is cheap quality. The person printing these boards should check ink before printing. Feels like being cheated in print quality. Not sure if the positive reviews are real one!!
