I don't know why people are complaining about the canopy. If you attach it properly, it stays in place just fine. This is a great float! Very sturdy and very comfortable. Minimal effort to inflate. The canopy is perfect for shading your head and face. Canopy removes and reattaches quickly and easily. Spring/inflatable construction makes off-season storage super convenient. I was afraid that the canopy would make it hard to get in and out of the float, but we just maneuver it so that the foot end is over one of the pool entrance steps, then step into the leg hole and just sit down or stand up. The canopy doesn't get in the way at all. Can't beat it for the price.

Have had this for a while now. The grandkids use it a lot so, it's durable! The canopy is a hit.

I bought this float for the purpose of protecting my skin from direct sunlight. It's a little tricky to get on the float but once on, it's very comfortable. When the canopy is upright it works well. The canopy will stay upright with light or no wind but isn't fastened tightly. Since it's loosely attached, it doesn't work well if it's windy...it flops from front to back. I still recommend it because any protection from direct sunlight is important to prevent burning and skin cancer.

Favorite summer time float

I had this float for almost 3 years in Florida. I left it inflated the entire time and never had to add air. After letting it drip dry a while I always bring it inside. It is perfect for reading or playing with my phone in the pool. You can put your feet in the water or rest them on the extension. You will be sitting in the water but elevated enough to comfortably hold a book. Sometimes if I want to be more in the water I get into the space between the footrest and use a pool skateboard on top of the seat area as a floating book table in the pool. It has been my favorite float. It even has a cup holder that actually works. I've only used the shade if the sun is almost directly overhead as my pool is otherwise shaded by trees. If you need the shade you have to position yourself so that it does block the sun, so you can't just drift around freely. I have also held the shade over me while using other floats (noodles) and then you can position it as needed. I don't like bright sun in my eyes! I recently used this float in the evening until a late thunderstorm chased me inside. I went to bed before the rain ended so did not bring the float in. The storm blew it over onto the ground. After the storm ended sometime during the night some nasty racoon with diarrhea used it as his toilet. Racoons almost always have worms that are very dangerous to people so I had to throw it away. Otherwise after 3 years of use it was still in perfect condition. I have not even opened the box on the replacement. I am leaving this review based on the one I threw away. I am trusting that the box that just arrived will contain an equally wonderful float. I just shocked the pool with lots of chlorine last night though so I can't use it yet.

First of all, don't even try to use the canopy. It will not stay up and you will spend way too much of your time trying to fix it, only to have it get wet, which will weigh it down and make the situation worse. Now, what's good is that it is comfortable and stays inflated. Paddling with your arms is tough, you can really only do it backwards and I got an abrasion after doing so for about an hour on the lake. I also like the option to inflate the foot rest separately so if you choose, you can allow your feet to stay in the water. I'm a bigger girl at just over 200 lbs and it had no problem supporting me!

This product performed well at Lake Anna and Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia during our boating trips. They kept the air, were sturdy, and believe it or not the cup holder performs well. This is sturdy product that will last several seasons if you treat it right. I have 4 of them, 2 for me and my wife, and 2 more for guests. We tie a rope from the handles to the boat cleats and float off. The head rests are very comfortable and functional. The only part that did not work is the sun visor canopy. Its useless but nothing a hat did not resolve immediately. The canopy is too lite and flimsy so it will not stand up to even the slightest gust of wind.

Totally loved this raft when I first received it. I tried someone else’s raft that was like it, made by the same company, same name, but had a different canopy on the top (previous version of canopy was much nicer) which was the reason I decided to buy one. I’ve only had the raft for about two months. And had only used it a handful of times. A few weeks ago I noticed that it seemed to be getting water inside of the area that was blown up. Today my husband and I blew the raft up and put it back in the pool to check for leaks. We thought perhaps there was a pinhole that was causing it to take in water. But no… This raft is leaking at several seams and it just fills up with water. What seemed like a wonderful raft starting out has now been determined to just be a piece of junk. Rather disgusted because this was not a cheap raft.

Muy bueno y práctico. Si lo que necesitas es no asolearte pero quieres estar dentro del agua refrescándote, es la solución ideal. Me encantó

Got the recliner and tested it way before going to vacation (in 2 weeks ). Looks GREAT. Canopy design is awesome, overall it takes just a bit of time to assemble or pack it back. Note: pay attention to what side canopy is attached! Using one side keeps it as advertised while usung another side will not keep it up. Excited now about using it during the vacation. Update: GREAT FUN!!! Stuck to it all days long in both the ocean and swimming pool. A very quick and simple fix will keep the canopy tight in place. Great purchase, getting more for family members.

Excelente material, no se calienta con el sol y la malla que tiene en la parte inferior deja pasar ligeramente el agua asi que estas refrescandote al mismo tiempo. El toldito se mueve con el viento y no queda tan firme en algunas ocasiones y hay que irlo deteniendo con la mano.

I love these floats, they are durable and can last for years, perfect for the boat, in a lake or river I've has mine for 9 years with no problems. I purchased this one to replace the one I have which I’m sure will eventually leak. The only thing I really dislike about this new one is the canopy, it’s just a nuisance wear a hat and sunscreen and your fine. Good thing it’s Removable
