I ordered two auger motors. They arrived in a beat-to-hell Amazon bag. ZERO padding or protection for the product. The things are heavy and have sharp edges and corners. The original storage boxes that they were supposed to be in were inside the bag, but had been destroyed by the augers bouncing around freely One doesn't work. The second works, but I have serious doubts about its longevity. The problem is, I NEED this unit NOW. So, I have to suck it up and install the one that still turns.Update. The one I installed is working, so far. There was a poor/damaged solder point that I was able to repair.Sooooo...I will update any changes as they occur. Finally, these are ROBUST motors. Thus far, the motors have (except for battle damage) worked as advertised. They are also VERY quiet (so far).

I use this pellet stove auger to heat my house. It's noisy would like to return but will be without heat until another motor is delivered

After looking at the stoves manufacturer’s website for the auger part I decided to look else where. Thus why I’m writing a review for this product. I ordered 2 motors so I could go ahead and put new in on both sides. Hooked them up in less than an hour and did a test run.Talk about quiet, could barely hear them run. Had to put my finger on the shaft of motor to see if it was actually moving on both of them.Only thing I didn’t care for was not having a spade to hook up direct to motor. But really it’s not even a problem. Just a lot of extra wire. Will shorten them this spring when the weather gets warmer.I would recommend this product for your stove/auger. Thank-you

Box marked counter clockwise but motor turned clockwise. Flipped the magnet to get the proper counter clockwise movement. Quiet and worked when installed. Hopefully it will last !

Works great but beware…I ordered two counterclockwise motors and received clockwise motors in boxes marked ccw. This can break your auger, so make sure they’re turning the right way! Otherwise, no issues at all.

I had to replace the connectors as the ones that came on it didn't fit my Englander stove. Other than that, it works fine.

used it for a project for the the wife crafting. I have a pellet stove and the motor was what I was looking for and didnt want to spend a boat load of cash for the project . as of now she loves it doing the job.
