Strong but nicely pliable.
I don’t really have experience with wires, but I’m using this to make dolls, and it’s working great. Bends easily but it’s also strong enough to keep my dolls upright.

Yeah, this is very solid armature wire. It’s flexible, but holds it shape when bent.You could put it in a drill and twist it on itself to strengthen or you can use it straight off the role. Soft enough to cut with a pair of wire clippers or hobby clippersNothing bad to say about this

It does what you need it to do.
Aluminum wire is the best for armatures when dealing with clay. I need to be flexible without it snapping because I have to keep adjusting as I go to get the perfect, balanced pose. This gauge was good for the two sizes I needed, a four inch figure and a seven inch figure, what I refer to as star wars figure scale and spawn/ MacFarlane scale. It's easy to take your pliers and squeeze sections that need more tooth to keep the clay from slipping off.
