Love this! It clings to the counter & I can clearly see how big or small I'm rolling out my dough. It's fairly large size allows for plenty of rolling space for anything I want to roll out. Super easy to clean & dry. It feels like it will last a long time.

Love this product! Okay the conversion chart is awesome but it is missing table spoons lol. Perfect as an oven liner, Ive used it up to 375 convection so far. I have yet to go 425 or higher, but so far it works great and retains its shape and texture. It hasn’t changed colors or needed to be cleaned yet. If things go south I will update my review. Howevever I doubt they will. I have it on the bottom rack below the rack I use. This isn’t meant to be used to line the bottom of your oven. Of course this is only one purpose, but for its size it’s where I choose to leave it. I may order another one to use when I need a larger prep space. I have a smaller one for my counter.

So my mom has one of these and I have been coveting it since I rolled my perfect 10” pie dough out on it for Thanksgiving. I finally decided to order one the other day, it arrived early, and I used it this morning. It works perfectly as a mat on which you can measure and roll dough out. Thus the first 4 stars. Love it. Unfortunately I cut my dough on it not thinking twice (cinnamon rolls so this was a necessary step) and pretty much ruined the mat. I have rips in my brand new mat every inch or so. Maybe there’s a warning on the package, but you can’t get the mat out without pretty much destroying the packaging so I didn’t keep the packaging. Oh well. If it no longer works properly with the slits in it, I would likely order another one but I have to take away a star for the packaging and not having a clear warning for dummies like me who don’t think about the fact it’s a little flimsy and cut their cinnamon roll dough on it.

This is so nice to lay out on the counter and to have a clean workspace. It grips well so I can roll my dough out really smoothly. It makes cleaning up the area that I have been working with flour and dough so much easier to wash up because I can carry it to the sink. I love this and I love the measurements that are on it too!

I use it for kneading dough/pie crusts. It's super big, which is what I wanted. Sticks to the counter like a champ- I've not had any problems with it. I just rinse it off in the sink and let it air dry, then roll it back up and back in the cabinet- it's very easy to handle.

Perfect for bread dough. Haven't tried pastry yet. Won't slip on my counter. Easy to clean in warm soapy water and rinse.

It is made well and it clings to countertop so it doesn't slide around when you are rolling out your dough
