This oil is more for drizzling than cooking. It has a peppery taste and then finishes off sort of like a green olive. Very tasty.

Hi Pat Sz, thanks for your inquiry on the Atlas Olive Oil Desert Miracle. The current inventory at Amazon has a Best By Date of 2/29/2024 and has a production date of 2/2021. Desert Miracle is an attractive and gently complex oil with a really sweet finish. Assessment use it for general cooking, but particularly for desserts and baking. The Olive Oil was harvested in early August 2020, these unique olive oils are harvested in the estate of El-Borouj, also called «Domaine Mabrouka», is located in the middle of a rocky desert on the phosphate plate at 150 Kilometers from Casablanca towards Marrakech. -Joe- Rhino Fine Foods

Q: Does it help you loose weight like it says?

I take Extra Virgin Olive Oil every morning. But I also follow the Metabolic Factor weight loss program as well. In the last 4 months i lost 35 lbs. I don't know how much credit I can give to the Olive oil, but I believe it has enough other benefits as well that it is worth the while to take it. It is a super quality oil and the production date on my bottles is less than 6 months old. Very fresh, Excellent Quality.
