Two years ago, the Mugg Brothers, who have never worked a day in their lives, inherited a brownstone apartment building. In that short time, their slacker ways have run the building into the ground. Tenants are moving out, no one drinks at the bar downstairs, and the building's pets are going missing. If all that isn't enough to make them sit up and take notice, they soon discover a mysterious creature is hiding in the basement and trying to eat every living thing in the building one by one. Now it's up to them to stop this creature, before it eats all of their paying tenants!

Absolutely Hilarious!
Ok, I am a verified viewer of this movie, have zero family/friends in the motion picture industry, and was not paid by anyone to write this review. We watched this last night, and it was absolutely hilarious! I cannot comprehend the low ratings by some, as the acting was spot on by everyone in the movie for the parts being played respectively. The 2 that played the brothers were so damn funny - their lines were priceless. Sure, there is a LOT of foul language, but it actually went with the plot of the movie and the fact the main characters are brothers who are NOT PC, which made it even more entertaining. Definitely not the same drivelous PC crap that has been vomiting from Hollyperv the past decade or so. We were laughing out loud at this one, which was great! If you are someone who enjoys fun, laughable moments, and hilarious humor, give it a shot!

Only missing one thing!!
I bought this movie looking for comedic horror. The only thing missing, is an apology in the commentary. An apartment complex terrorized... I liked it better when the movie was called "Batteries Not Included"! That had more terror in it as well. I love B movies... Huge fan!! This is not, this is drivel with shots to the Gonads thrown in half a dozen times. It gets pretty draggy during the middle 70 minutes, while it seems the "actors" are trying to adlib a script. Yes, Robert England! He's a horror icon.. And I am telling you, he lost a bet to get this role. There are honestly too many flaws to list. I have a huge collection of crappily funny movies.. This isn't one! I could not in good faith recommend this movie to anyone and still retain my soul. As far as humor? I laugh harder at the state of the union address. Forget the 5 star reviews.. I promise they are either family or possibly investors praying to keep their homes.

Best Viewed While Stoned
The story makes sense if viewed correctly. Entertainment delivered by a perfect mimic of the voice of the citizen captured between the hipster and the common man (feel free to capitalize at will). I am surprized it got created. Good Stuff.

have a little fun
Very low budget but still very fun. The 2 lead guys are brothers and they own a very run down building with just a few tenants and all of the tenants small pets keep going missing. It does have its fun times but I would not say it is side splitting.
