My lactation consultant recommended adding lactation cookies to my routine to boost my milk supply, so I bought these cookies and I am so glad that I did. They are delicious and after one day have increased my milk supply! After almost every feeding, I also pump for 10 - 20 minutes. Before eating these cookies (one a day for now) I was pumping about 0.5oz (in total). After eating these cookies, I now pump 1oz to 2oz (in total) AFTER a feeding, which means that my little guy got what he needed PLUS I had more! I recommend these cookies not only because they work, but because us new mama's deserve to eat a cookie (or two) a day :)

These cookies are huge and this pack lasted me 12 days! I was happy about that. It helped my milk supply increase in just a couple days of eating the first cookie. And the cookies actually taste like they are good for you, not just empty sugar.

These cookies didn’t taste very good to me, because they were hard and crumbly. However, they did increase my milk supply! If you want to try these I recommend purchasing the mix, because it makes a difference!

Tasty, seemed relatively healthy, with all the oatmeal, but way too expensive. I bought some Brewers yeast add added it to a cookie batter.

I’m sorry but I’m not sorry! These cookies are dryyyyyyy. The taste once my saliva moisten the cookie it what makes in tolerable. L’action or not they couldn’t be called cookie of they are going to be this dry. I had to drink a glass of water to wash it down. The moment you bite it or break a piece off it falls apart that how you know it dry. I even put it in the microwave for 15 seconds to see if that was better NOPE!!! If it wasn’t for my lack of milk production I would be demanding a refund. Not worth it. Maybe I will try another company to see if it’s better but try again. Ban moun blan paka fe anyen

I have always had a good supply of breastmilk but at times it seems as if it’s getting a little low. Thats when I like to eat s lactation cookie to boost my supply. I have tried many different cookies and bars but I have to say these are my absolute favorite!! THEY ARE AMAZING!! They helped with my supply and taste super yummy! Most other products didn’t taste bad but weren’t very yummy!! These taste great and really help when I want a boost. Love love love. Will definitely repurchase when I need a boost in my milk supply. The other flavors are great also :)

I can surely now say that I am addicted to these cookies. Not only because they taste amazing but I can feel the difference when I pump when I eat them. I eat one as a snack in the morning and when I pump a little bit after that we can tell the difference. I don’t have enough milk to feed my baby so he’s being complemented with formula but these cookies gave me a boost to at least when I pump it’s one whole feeding for him, I’m so gratified!!
