The only think it does better than cuts out loud noises is amplifies quiet noises. You can go to the range with confidence knowing you can hear everything happening around you even with the gunfire. It’s a liability not having them imo

These ears do exactly what I need them to do. I almost always wear in-ear plugs along with these. I never have an issue with not enough hearing protection with these. One thing that could make these better is auto-off function, as I accidentally left them on and drained the battery after one session. But that is a very minor gripe.

I have owned quite a few powered earmuffs. These are the best. Full volume is actually louder than normal hearing. Noise cancellation works great without cutting out normal hearing during loud noises (in my case shotgun and pistol fire). I replaced the ear pads with PROHEAR GEP03 Upgraded Gel Ear Pads for even better comfort as I wear these for extended periods of time.

Maybe this is common sense and I'm in short supply but These get in the way for long gun work. Though they are excellent for a pistol day at the range.

Walker makes good stuff and these muffs are no exception. Not the best for shooting rifles because of stock clearance. Too bad that we can't get one that is very thin against the side of the head. This one, however, works better than most out there. Good value for the money.

Bought for noise reduction while hunting. Nice thing about them is you can still hear everything around you and hear people talking but really reduces the noise when you shoot your gun.

work great, bought for target practice, i am older and hard of hearing and with normal protection i can't hear any conversations or instructions when wearing, these totally solve that issue. i can have conversation and when shooting starts they completely muffle the firearm report. very satisfied

These things are great, I put them on when I get to the range and forget it. No need to take earpro off to hear people talk, and the noise cancelation is good enough to quiet even my rifles with muzzlebrakes. For under 50 dollars, it's a no brainer.
