Strauss & Wagner SW-TW401 True Wireless Sound-Isolating Earbuds with Voice Control, Built in Mic, Charging case.

I purchased these ear buds with some hesitation. But while doing some research on the subject Strauss & Wagner SW-TW401 kept coming up as a great sounding system that excelled in comfort etc.. So I ordered them for my son. My children own Bose and Apple wireless ear buds already.After receiving these I just wanted to post that the sound quality and comfort is every bit as good as Apple and Bose at a fraction of the cost. Actually these are louder and reduce outside noise better than Bose.The charging case is small and stylish.I cannot at this time attest to the longevity of the unit but is looks ok.My son did point out one issue: Bose has a wire attaching the two ear buds. If you are on a plane and one of these drops out of your ear it can be an issue. The ear buds are somewhat round and very small. Hitting the floor could send it flying and it would be difficult to find. Also he pointed out that they are not a name brand. According to the kids that matters.But not to me! Better sounding, great fit and cool charging case at less than half the price of the others. I'm in.Two notes: There is a small piece of tape covering the charging pins on the earbuds that needs to be removed before they will charge. I had some issues with syncing Bluetooth but if you have an issue put them back in case and then try again. If that doesn't work I simply removed them from Bluetooth on my phone and reconnected them. Working great now.

I wanted to add blue tooth ear phones and decided to buy these after watching a very well done review (can't remember who did the review, but it was quite good). I'm happy to report that I have not been led astray. These units have great sound quality and are easy to use. They are light and very comfortable to wear. The sound is very rich, good treble and mid range tones with nice deep bass which makes for quality listening for something not very expensive.I wanted to update this review after using these earbuds for over period of 5 months. I have found the sound quality has continued to be great and the blue-tooth connectivity remains stellar. The built in mic works terrific and has great response. So far the only thing I have found of issue is that I sometimes, well most of the time, I have issues with the left ear piece making connection when placed back in the case to charge. So, I will wiggle it some across the contacts, then it finally makes an adequate connection to charge. Other than that, you get a number of recharges from the case and it, the case, recharges quite nicely.

they will only operate one at a time even if you think they are linked as soon as you try connecting the phone one connects and the other goes into paring mode the "manual" has no useful information much less usable pairing / reset instructions and the company's support ranges from clueless to unresponsiveUpdate: received a replacement from the company right bud has to be physically held into the case before it charges I'm done with this brand completely

Finally, Bluetooth earbuds that sync and pair right away. They also deliver great sound for the price. Update: 5 months later and the ear buds no longer work in unison. I am stuck using one ear bud at a time. I read an article in popular mechanics that explains because Bluetooth ear buds are so small, it is a faulty design, not a fault of the manufacturer.

I bought these buds back in April after hearing good reviews from different sources online. I liked them, but they had some issues that kept them from being a truly great product, especially at this price point.First, the connectors on the buds that charge the buds when they are in the case are terrible. This wasn't much of an issue, but the longer I owned them, this issue became worse. Whenever I put the buds in the case, sometimes they would not turn off and start charging. They would just stay on and not charge at all. This was very frustrating as I would have to take the buds out again, clean them a bit, and try again to see if they would turn off and charge. This issue started off small, but got worse the longer I owned them. This could be an issue for only my product, however.Second, the actual longevity of these earbuds is questionable. I bought these in April 2020 and as of mid-July they no longer charge at all. I believe it is an issue with the case itself to holding a charge, but it could be something else. All-in-all these lasted me about 3 months for $60. Again, this might just be an issue with my individual unit.The buds themselves when in use were good. The sounds quality was good, especially for the price. It's difficult to find solid sound quality at a $60 price point, but these buds have it. However, both the issues with the case and their longevity essentially nullify the good things these earbuds have to offer.I can't really recommend these to anyone. Again, the issues I had might just be a defective unit. If so, then these earbuds are a good buy. However, I wouldn't tell anyone to risk it and put up their $60 for a product that might have charging issues and not last longer than a few months.

The sound quality is just good, nothing special and according to its price. During my research I found that it supports aptX but it is not true, it just supports AAC in HD and the sound quality is not the same as using the aptX codec, the difference is notorios. If you are looking sound quality you should go with ones with aptX. The fit is pretty good, I found them very comfortable.

So far outstanding sound and the bass is outstanding

This is my first experience with TWS and am happy. Easy to use. Perhaps mic placement is not ideal.
