Has not failed after hundreds of uses.
This is a durable bit holder and better than any other. It locks the bit and keeps you from losing it. Most will fail after some use but not this bit holder. Even after using it to drive over several hundred Simpson bolts with no bit, using the holder only, it is working perfectly. I seem to have a hard time finding them in my home centers so I purchased 5 from Amazon.I also purchased the extended versions and that is working as well.Best bit holder and super durable.

I had trouble finding this particular product that I was searching for at local stores, I'm glad I was able to find it on Amazon and at the expected price. Not much to say about this product, exactly the same item shown is what I received and what was expected. Features work as advertised and a big upgrade for my drill now.

Fantastic!
This thing really grips the tip. I still get frustrated by it because it won’t let go :-D and I have a tendency to insert it all the way into the chuck which prevents the collar from releasing the bit, but old habits die hard. This will not allow the tip to slip out!
