Delta Blinds Supply Faux Wood Sidelight Single Blind for Doors, 2 Inch Slats, Snow White, Outside Mount, 9" Wide x 72" Long

Exactly what we needed for the new sidelight pane by our front door. The instructions were clear; all I had to do was read them and understand what was being said. One point, which was caused by my failure to pay attention to the installation location, was the fact I measured about a half inch too wide. I thought width was 12 inches, but it should have been 11.5" to get the valance to go inside the sidelight trim. Two minutes with a hacksaw to shorten the sides of the valance took care of it.

These are great and much less expensive than other options I had found. I ordered 2. Although they came with wood screws and not metal, I was able to secure these pretty well with my own screws to the casing for the side lights. (And I'm a single lady.) the other reviews are correct in that the strings do not raise/lower the blinds but I didn't want that option, anyway. They open/close and that's perfect for my needs. I love the privacy, look, and light control these offer, especially for the price.

I was looking for faux wood blinds for the sidelight window next to my entry door. I ordered the 2" slats but immediately found that they looked out of place being 2" and so narrow a blind. I returned these for the 1" slats, knowing there would be a restocking fee. But it was worth it because the 1" slats are not nearly as imposing and look great.

As advertised...arrived on time...easy to install.Had to modify the length of the valance ends because the wood trim around the glass made it too long...easily corrected with a ruler and fine tooth saw. This was no fault of Delta, just an unseen part of life as a homeowner.Two little uh-oh`s that cost the fifth star.The "L" brackets that connect the valance ends were missing...small problem quickly fixed with a phone call...they were here next business day, even called back to let us know they were on the way.Second uh-oh...the cords require a hefty little tug to move the blinds, more than I would expect, and not as smooth as I would expect. May be just a one-of thing, but certainly nothing to worry about.My wife still sometimes pauses and smiles as she walks by...best recommendation I could give...forgot to mention they even let us change the blind width at the last minute.

When I received the package I was a bit nervous thinking of the worst! But after seeing the demensions were as perfect as can be! I was happy and more excited than ever it’s been difficult to get the correct measurements for this window. After installing them I was very happy with the results. I purchased these to mount in a tall, skinny window next to my front door. In my case, the window was 5" deep, so I mounted the blinds inside the cutout for the window. Then I cut the fascia with a circular saw to the appropriate width. The blinds look great, and fit snugly within the window cutout.

I bought a set. They came quickly and the blind look beautiful. I installed one with ease but the second one was a slight struggle getting the blind to sit inside the bracket. With some tweaks I was able to get it in. They look amazing!

A nice product. I get afternoon sunlight through my side door window and after a few years its fading my hardwood floor.These blinds help eliminate that issue and does what it is intended to do. It doesn't matter that they don't go up and down.I'm perfectly happy with these blinds.
