A little dim, but fun!
October 2013: My 4-year-old son really likes his Glow Pet. The green fur dims the light quite a bit, but he's no longer coming into our room in the middle of the night saying he's afraid of the dark.Update March 2014: ...and about 4 months after purchase, the LED lights are flickering and keeping him awake. He's pretty gentle with his toys (especially his pillows and "animals"), so aside from squeezing the pillow tightly I'm surprised about this, but perhaps the lights are too close to the fabric and a wire is coming loose.Our other Glow Pet (zebra) that we bought at the same time (which my 7-year-old daughter has) has been holding up just fine, and is nice and bright, so we're buying him another Glow Pet (blue dog) for his birthday. Hopefully he will stop coming into our room because "it's blinking" or "it's broken" with the new one.

its really cute
I ordered two of these pillow pets for my kids one a turtle and the other the blue dog. I wasn't really sure what to expect with this, but my son loves the turtle looks like the picture and works great. It is smaller then I thought. The dog one is bigger then this turtle. But all in all my son loves his turtle.

Too small, not like the commerical
The commercial makes this item look way bigger than it actually is. They promote it as if its nearly the size of an average pillow but its more like an airplane pillow with lights. Its pretty, nice colors, cute light for kids especially if they are afraid of the dark, but I'm seeing this as false advertisement.

Not as durable
bought 4 of'em for my friends and families. mine still works. but i heard from others that it broke within a month. 3 of them broke and only 1 survived. when its in working order, it's a great product. just wish that its more durable since its owned by kids.

Doesn’t work!
We ordered this for Christmas and it doesn’t even light up! My son was super disappointed!

Loved Toy
My son cannot go to sleep without his turtle pillow pet! I so wish the batteries lasted a bit longer but overall its great.

Big hit with the four year old granddaughter.
This pillow is small, but its a great big hit with the granddaughter. Hope the batteries last. She loves it a lot. Its bright, but not too bright ,and colorful. Wonderful night light.
