Onitsuka Tiger Unisex Serrano Shoes 1183A058

This is the second pair of Onitsuka Tiger sneakers I’ve owned. The last pair I bought about 6 years ago and have worn all over the world, climbed volcanos in, worn playing sports and they’re still kicking. They fit true to size and are the most comfortable shoes I own and aren’t ugly. I’m picky about sneaker aesthetic, and these tick both boxes of fashion and function.

The shoes are amazing! I got these in Japan and wanted another pair before I could not get them anymore... these are hard to find in my size! The brilliant red color looks awsome with black jeans or black workout pants they break in really well and are way more comfortable walking shoes than any Nike's I've ever owned.The problem... I ordered these shoes 3 times... !!! seriously 3. The first was mostly my fault as the sizing on my Japanese pair was different than the US or U.K. Sizing... no problem I sent them back and got the refund. I purchased them again... and they were lost in the mail after waiting for a week I was refunded. I finally got the third pair!!! Yay!!! So excited!!! Oh... well these we're obviously worn :( gross! The treds had some dirt on them and the original box looked like it was kicked around the store room for a while. But to top it off they had some gross smudges on them, including what looks like shiny nail polish?? (To the girl that painted her nails just before returning the used sneakers... cool...) I didn't want to risk sending them back AGAIN so I'm just going to wash my new shoes I guess.

This shoe is very light weight and comfortable. I ran cross country and track for years wearing ASICS - I currently use the Nimbus 15's, and I generally wear New Balance for casual shoes. I wanted to try something different and came across the Onitsuka Tigers. I'm glad I did. I'm shocked with how light they are and still maintain decent sole padding. For example, they weigh less than my New Balance Minumus sneakers, yet they feel much more padded. I'm impressed. They look cool and feel super comfy. I wear a 10 or 10.5 in most shoes and I ordered these in a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. They are a little narrow, like Nikes, so if you're in between half sizes, go the half size up. I wouldn't run in these, especially if you heel strike, due to the minimal cushion and low arch support. But they are great for just kicking around town.

Realmente me encantan, compré unas US 9 1/2 y me quedan como esperaba, es el segundo par que compro y son estupendas.Con el primer par que compre quede fácinado, con la calidad y durabilidad de estas. Son buenísimas y el bajo perfil de la suela me gusta demasiado. Solo espero que este nuevo par sean tan durables como las primeras.La verdad me ha costado encontrar tennis con suela de bajo perfil en las tiendas de la zonas.Realmente me fascina la combinación de cuero y material sintético. El color es tal cual, quizás un poco más claro que la imagen. Pero quedan muy bien.

The Onitsuka Tigers were the original great running shoes. Sorry Nike you have never measured up. I buy classic Tiger's: Mexico 66, California 78, and Serrano and wear them as everday shoes. I don't defile them by running. When I started running in the 60's you had to buy them out of cars in the parking of track meets. I had a beautiful pair of ultrathin leather shoes with 3/4 inch spikes that were essential to running on cinder tracks. Each pair came in a velvet bag. Sadly they did away with that sometime in the 70's, replacing it with clear throwaway plastic. Nowadays the bag is gone but you do get a stiff cardboard last which is probably needed when you keep shoes for 40 years like me. These are too precious to run in. Maybe if I get to the Comrades marathon.

Below is my original review from last week of the Grey Black, so today I got a larger size 10.5 of the Blue mirage/Icicle to have as well. These are VERY DIFFERENT SHOES in build materials from the other color. For example the whole front part of this color is a thin mesh like material. You kind of feel like you could push your toe through it if you tried. So I would say I like the thicker more sturdy material of the grey black but my pair of 10s are a bit small and the 10.5 blue fit perfectly but feel like they won't last five minutes. It seems very weird to me to have different colors of the same shoe be so different in build.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I received today two Tiger size 10s of different shoes in the Tiger range and these were way way off smaller than the other size 10. I will keep them and try to walk them in and hope hey stretch but I really had to put a lot of lace back into the links to make the show wearable at all. I have five pairs of different Tiger shoes now, three of the size 10s fit me perfectly. The shoes themselves are lightweight look fantastic.

I love this shoe and I love On it Sucka Tigers! They are great racecar shoes and allow for true proprioception to the pedals whether you are granny shifting or left-foot braking through a crazyAF shicane in the F1 track. The cushioning is a perfect balance for those long walks to the track or for a short walk to bed. I highly recommend these shoes and anyone applying for a job that likes these shoes. I have a red pair but this blue pair is so amazing that I may paint my red ones blue. As far as the shipping... it was flawless and arrived USPS in a timely manner... I think they arrived in 38hrs 21min and 17sec but who’s counting right? Bottom line: buy these shoes, use this seller, Or die a little more everyday inside...

Alles Top. Passt, sieht gut aus. Leider schmutzt die Oberfläche schnell an der Oberseite (dünner Stoff), aber dafür kann der Hersteller nichts.

Comfy and stylish

They look a bit bluish /purplish not just Gray. Also some of the parts of the shoe are made of a shiny thin weird fabric I wasn't expecting. They are still confortable.
