How wide in mm is this saddle?

Around 175 mm give or take at widest point.

So bottom line,is this a real comfortable seat?

I have the 7" sport model and the weight is 12.9 ounces (366 grams). This is very light for a Comfort seat. Well built and highly recommended! Don't know why people are asking about dimensions, as they're all listed in the descriptions for each model. Giving the weights are useless unless you mention the model you have.

What is the difference between "Men" version and "Memory Foam" version, apart from price?

men is the shape of the seat. Memory foam is a myth to enhance sales

Does anyone know what this saddle weighs? Some "comfort" saddles are very heavy.

Without the extra mounting gears (just the saddle and rails), it is 427g. Very comfortable yet firm. The shape is very helpful to significantly relief pressure in men/women’s part during MTB trail rides.
