LOVE this faucet..!!! Bought to replace shiny chrome faucet (required CONSTANT wiping to look clean), it looks PERFECT in our kitchen and works flawlessly. It did come with a "water limiter" in the line, but that wasn't difficult to remove. GREAT value for the money. Sprayer is truly functional and easy to engage / disengage. Easier than most kitchen faucets we've had to install. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement kitchen faucet.

I've only had this faucet for about a week, so I can't speak to how long it will last, but I really like it so far.What I Like:1) Great chrome finish.2) The little on/off temperature lever is very smooth and easy to use, and at just the right height.3) The styling is nicely transitional, so not too modern and not too old fashioned. Really classic.4) The water flows strongly and evenly.5) The spray nozzle has a great toggle switch to take you from solid stream to spray and works easily.6) It pulls down with just enough slack to move the nozzle around as needed on big pots or to rinse the sink.What I Don't Like:1) Really nothing so far. The only thing I can think of has nothing to do with this specific product but more to the entire category of pull-down nozzle faucet sets. Most of the design for these nozzles has a counter weight under the sink that lifts the nozzle back into its place after it has been pulled down. It's a basic design that works fine. However, in many cabinets, the heavy weight under the sink will swing around and knock into the cabinet. This creates a knocking or banging sound every time you pull it down that might annoy some people. What I did that worked great was to get one of those small felt furniture pads that you put on the feet of chairs to avoid scratching hardwood floors. I just stuck it on the side of the weight that was swinging into the cabinet and to my surprise, it totally got rid of any sounds. Super quiet now.So needless to say, I highly recommend this faucet. And hopefully it will last as long as the one it replaced.Happy faucet hunting.

This turned out to be one of my better buying decisions in a while. This faucet exceeded my expectations as a good looking and functional kitchen fixture. It came with all the parts I needed and was staightforward to install thanks to its thoughtful design. I should mention that the packaging it was shipped in was attractive and very well designed as well, which gave us an immediate sense of confidence that this was going to be a great product. The functionality is superb, especially with the operating handle that only moves from staight up to 90 degrees forward, so there is no worry about clearance from a close backsplash to the rear, but I have found that it is also much easier to control hot, cold, or mixture and is very intuitive. The spray head docks very easily and securely with a heavy weight on the hose below and a palpable soft click when it docks. The sprayer has a swivel as well that is convenient for angling the spray to where you want it when the sprayer is pulled slightly out. The reach of the hose is just right for our double 16" sinks, and I could have made it even longer if I hadn't needed to clear an obstruction in my particular setup under the sink. Finally, the spot free finish is beautiful and smooth to the touch, and it really does resist water drips and anything else from sticking. This tall faucet (18") is very easy to operate, has great water pressure, even at its 1.8 gpm rating, with, unexpectedly, no inconvenient splashing. The handle is also higher off the sink than most other faucets, making it easy to reach and turn on without having to bend over...a major plus. It matches our all-stainless steel appliances and sink, and...I never thought I would say this...is fun to use! We love it's graceful and minimalist design.

So I thought I would wait until I've used this faucet for awhile before I reviewed it. I was a little worried it might be too big for the space intended, but it really stands out without being overwhelming. It has worked flawlessly until about a couple of months ago. I started losing water pressure coming out of the spray head. I thought the screens in the water lines might be dirty but they were fine. So after troubleshooting everything else I narrowed it down to the sprayhead. It wouldn't stay in spray mode anymore without holding the button down, and it wouldn't really stay in stream mode unless button was depressed. Ended up having to use a rubber band to hold button in position. Called customer support and they sent me an email to get some of my information. After receiving my email back they had a new sprayhead shipped within 24 hours. The faucet now works like it did when I first installed it. This is why you need to register any new product you buy with the company. Their customer service was excellent, not only with the new part but they were very polite and professional. Hopefully it was just a one off for a bad part and the new one will last a lot longer. If it doesn't I will give an update.
