Perfect fit replaces OEM

I unknowingly suffered for years with the original filter on my Poulan Pro chainsaw... the poor thing was so clogged and dirty it was hard to start and wouldn't run very well.I didn't even realize how bad it got until I popped the cover and checked... ugh. Filthy, soaked through with grime and couldn't be brushed clean.Enter the new filter... wow, what a difference. First, this was an exact fit for the OEM, and what's more it now started much easier and the performance was night and day. Instead of getting bogged down in the middle of a cut, it would now power through at much higher RPMs. I had no idea how starved of oxygen the engine was with that old one.Now I ordered a second one to have as a spare...

Fit good

For as cheaply made as these are, they should cost less than 6 bucks, but it did fit perfectly and work well in my chainsaw. Once they get a little oily and dirty, they need to be tossed out because they are so flimsily made the filter material cannot be cleaned. They should be cheaper than 6 bucks in price.

I got this for an old poulan farmhand. (Hard to find parts for) Most sites show a very similar filter for a 2500 poulan pro. That one will not fit. Luckily I knew what I needed. A little pricey but perfect fit and got it in about a week.

This appears to be identical to the OEM part and is easy to install.
