I love this product but it's not available very often, I hope that the makers would make this product more available for people like me who want to avoid sugar

I earlier thought it was terrible. You can't really compare it with normal tea. But if you are lactose intolerant and you have to switch, then this is really good. The flavour grows on you. Its very strong and helps you wake up in the morning. If you're lactose intolerant and can't have normal tea, then this is a good option.

At first did not like the taste but it grew on me. Very pricey for a 250g bottle. The unsweetened version is more expensive than the sweetened version, which does not make sense.

I enjoy the masala chai premix (sweetened). I mistakenly ordered unsweetened this time. It is too expensive and leaves weird lumps in the tea. Basically, doesn't mix well and is very weak tasting. Expect better from urban platter. Not worth it at all!
