My favorite honey
I was disheartened when my local co-op discontinued this honey, but my spirits lifted when I discovered it on Amazon! The thick texture of this honey is a dream – easy to spoon out without creating a mess. And the flavor? Absolutely fantastic! This honey has become a pantry essential, and I'm grateful for its availability online.

I switched to using honey in my tea about 10 years ago and once I found YS honey this is the only brand I use, I have been buying it for years and this is high quality honey with a great consistent taste

Super good raw honey

Quality varies
This honey is hitnor miss. The first time I got it at $75 it was great. Thick and waxy and took time to melt like real honey from the comb. The second time I purchased it on sale for $60 its melted and liquid texture. Almost like it was left somewhere hot that melted it and turned it thin in consistency. The taste isn't even the same and now I'm stuck with 3 large jars! Can't return it either because it's a food product and its wrapped in a pack of three, not separately. Disappointing. I expect to get the proper product at that price for honey!!!
