Great product for tight lower back
Great product this can be used in conjunction with the mark hip hook. The sphere is easy on your lower back and glides across your lower body with ease.

It works for me!
I absolutely love this thing! I have a desk job and my hip and groin get really tight as a result. I feel it most in my right hip when I do lunges, and it makes workouts uncomfortable. I spend a ton of time foam rolling, stretching, and overall trying to mitigate the tightness but I never feel like I really get the muscles to release fully. This ball does the trick for me. I have no idea if I’m using it correctly, but placing it underneath my hip and rolling it into the muscles that are tight works. I love that it’s easy enough to use and is helping me provide relief to my tense muscles.

Real therapeutic value
This bowl was amazing for me. It’s helps me to function much better as it massages my soreness around my spine and lumber area and tailbone area so I don’t have to go to get a massage, unfortunately, teared in the middle. works and I used it only for about a month and not every day so durability is concerning

Worked as hoped. Claims seem spot on.
I have the lacrosse style pain relief balls and they are helpful in many areas. However, I do have very tight hip flexors from sitting all day working from home and doing daily jogs. The combination recently has brought out some issues in my lower back. I know the pain is not necessarily originating from where I feel the discomfort because I can stretch my quads and hamstrings and feel relief.Recently I have bought some different trigger point tools and balls to help with the issue and they all have been good in there own way. I am overall pleased with my arsenal. However, I also know my hip flexors have issues and that I have not been hitting them well with what I have. So eventually I came across this ball.Overall, I feel that the ball helps me a lot. I think the bigger size does in fact get deeper into the problem areas around the hip flexors. I also feel that it helps find those areas too since it compresses a little and has a bit wider footprint. I can also use it to help with other areas, despite it not being too hard, but I think this still applies a good amount of overall pressure. I am not a small guy, so this ball does compress a bit when I use it, but it still helps the area I am working on. I like also using it to roll my upper gluts over and really help find the trouble areas quickly. If I was going away on vacation and could take only one ball, I would take this one. It is lighter than the lacrosse balls that I have (this one about 64 grams on my scale and one of my lacrosse style balls is 144 grams), but it does take more space due to the increased size.My main issue is the price. I think this reminds me of those Shark Tank products where you find out how little it costs to get from overseas and they sell it for a crazy amount of more money. For what this product really is when you hold it, you are pretty sure that you overpaid..... a lot. With that said, it is helping me at the moment and if it lasts for a long time I might be able to forgive the price. I don't know if there are any other similar-sized products out there for a cheaper price, but I do know this one seems to help as it claims and I am overall very happy with it.

Surprisingly effective
I admit I was skeptical that this ball would be able to do much for me. It is durable and versatile. I can really feel it making a difference in decreasing pain and opening up some tight areas. It can be used on different areas of the body, and it's just the right size and shape.

Highly recommend.
Was skeptical on this when I ordered it. But it has been a lifesaver. Gets into the spots I couldn’t before. Was trying to use a softball at first but it was way too hard to get in everywhere. This is a nice balance but still aggressive. You’ll feel it in the morning.

Specific and Detailed Instructions Needed
I really like the ball but I can see other customers saying a tennis ball works just as well. This ball is the perfect size, has the correct resistance, and is good for releasing tight muscles. However, I think detailed and specific instructions are needed to justify the cost and to ensure the customer knows where to position the ball so the muscle/s will actually release. Without this information, they may feel scammed. I know I would have felt this way and returned the item. Also, including a link to a YouTube video demonstrating its proper use is another easy way to help customers justify the cost.
