TATCO PRODUCTS, INC. Mailing Seal Dispenser, 2 Adaptors, 3-1/2"x5

This isn't a cheap product but it is a very useful product. You can suction it to your desk and just pull it and thank you stickers just pop up for you to use. We have two of them, we have one for stickers with our contact info for lost packs and another one for thank you stickers on the inside of the boxes. If you find that you take a while to put stickers on your product and want to cut some of that time out of your productivity, this is a worthy product to grab.

Heavy and doesn't move all over. Easier to get just the right size cut that you need. When taping smaller packages easier to use for just the size you need without wasting tape. Sometimes handheld units are harder to get just the right size cut and on the box without destroying the box or cutting fingers.

The machine was not exactly as described. I am a mechanical engineer. The product is a plastic carriage that can hold rolls of stickers up to ~3" wide. No wider. The spool of stickers can be up to 8" in OD. No bigger. (The product description should say that) With the carriage, I received two 3" flanged bearings that fit snugly into the 3" core of the sticker spool and very loosely on the support shaft.I am not sure what the seller is referring to when he states that there are 2 adapters 3-1/2"x5". I received no such adapters, spools or bearing in those sizes. Maybe something is missing but since I only require the 3" bearings, I don't care.The bearing center hole (0.625") is much bigger than the shaft (0.375")that supports the roll of stickers so the bearings do not control the dispensing of the tape very well. The bearing hole should match the shaft better.There is a diagram indicating the threading of the machine. It is molded into the side of the carriage. A little hard to notice. You will have to figure that out. Tatco products main web page does not show the instruction for threading the machine.The machine works OK. So I am reasonably satisfied.I had to pay the ~$30.00 to find out what the product was since the description is so vacuous.I separately bought a light duty spring, a suitable bushing, and made 2 heavy cardboard circle discs to trap the spool and keep the spool from dumping the stickers off the roll to the side.

We sell Real Estate and send out 600 mailers every 4 to 6 weeks. Before getting this dispenser, we used to use the sheets of wafer tabs (15 per sheet). Doing a mail out was an all day project. This dispenser has saved us literally HOURS of time. It is very sturdy and operates very smoothly. A word of caution about the rolls of wafer tabs you buy: make sure to get the right size. By that I mean, the exterior diameter as well as the interior diameter. We bought a big roll at a great price, but the roll was so large that we had to unwind half of it to make the dispenser work smoothly. This is not a defect in the dispenser, just a beginner's mistake that I will look out for in the future. I love that the feet keep the dispenser in place so that attaching the tabs can be done with one smooth motion. Great product. Would definitely buy again if I ever need another.

I absolutely love this for my labels, they fit perfectly and they’re easy to access. You can put your labels in to where it automatically comes off the back but I chose to do it manually because I tend to take six at a time, this is well-made easy to use and fits my 2 1/2 wide labels. So not only can you have two smaller stickers or labels you could have one large roll… I love it and would highly recommend it, it’s well-made sturdy and will last years.

I had high hopes for this dispenser… It was solid, it looked the way a sticker dispenser should. But when I put my roll of stickers in there, it actually did not remove the wafer sticker from the backing as it should. So, it didn’t actually dispense the stickers. I still had to manually remove the sticker from the backing… Which is lame after dropping this much money on this dispenser.

We do a lot of mailings in our shop and I bought this to make it easier to take the label off the roll. Saves time and energy. Works great!
