I bought this for the "high" content of vitamin C. Shame on me for not reading the label to see how much I'd actually have to take to get high doses in the event we get sick. It's a ridiculous amount compared to other powdered vitamin C products. And worst of all I nearly vomited (not exaggerating) when I tried to take this mixed with a drink. The flavor is absolutely atrocious and it doesn't mix well with liquid (think cinnamon). I don't know who in their right mind takes this stuff, but I know I won't be counted among them in the future.Even worse, this item is NOT eligible for returns so I'm out $25+ dollars! Total waste of money.

I have used Royal Camu for a number of years but because it was unavailable I ordered this product. This stuff is the most terrible tasting stuff I have ever tasted. It actually upset my stomach. I am very disappointed that the seller will not allow it to be returned. Also disappointed with Amazon for selling such awful product.
