I am 56 years old , I chose this vitamin for many reasons:1) it had all the ingredients i was looking for in a vitamin , good for men and women2) It was paraben free and gluten free3) Made in USA4) Works really well, Knock on wood but I have not gotten sick since taking it for almost two months and it was important for me to stay healthy,since my husband just receive a bone marrow transplant and is immuno compromised and i visited the hospital everyday.5) I like the fact it's one tablet a day ; easy to digest and no smell

I find these vitamins have everything that a woman needs in them.

Excellent product when you can get it. Ive been using this for a year now on the recommendation from my boss. My nails used to peel and shred from work, now they look healthy and do not peel. They still break from working on occasion but I find myself clipping them more often to keep them trim.

I have been using this brand for years; first the women's 1 daily, then the 3 times a day 50+ minis and now the 50+ 1 daily. I like that there are no additives and they are reasonably priced. My only issue would be they are rather large so if you have difficulty swallowing a pill this product might be challenging.

I've been taking these for over 16 years. If I miss a day, I can tell it. I start to drag about 1:30 to 2:00 PM if I miss my morning consumption. Oh, if you ever taste one of these, you've had it in your mouth too long, don't wait to swallow it with liquid.

I have a problem with vitamins upsetting my stomach, even when I take them after a meal. These never did. Sadly, they’re no longer available. I really hope they get them back in stock.

I am very happy with this 50 plus multivitamin! I have noticed several good changes after taking them for more than 2 months. I am a runner so I take pretty good care of my health anyway. However, I was feeling like I needed a little bit more. I added this into daily supplements and have been very pleased. The caplets are a bit on the larger side, but I can take them with ease. I just toss it back with about seven other capsules, a methylated folate, and a small E capsule, no problem. For those that have a problem swallowing larger pills you may need to break it in half.
