Bordered Gauze, 6 X 6, Latex-Free, Sterile, 25 Count (4 Pack)

I initially bought bandages exactly like this from the local drug store. Price was 45$ for 5 bandages. My wife hit the roof. So I returned them and looked on amazon and found these. They are excellent, and work better than the hospital bandages. Stick well, and don't come off under your shirt or when sleeping on them. Excellent purchase,and I have since bought another box just for emergencies. The bandage is about 6": x 6" and the actual pad on it is a little bigger than 4" x 4". Sticky part is on all 4 sides like a bandaid. Sticks well, but doesn't hurt when you take it off.

All of the "island dressings" I have used in past adhered well without ripping my skin up. The adhesive on these was way too tacky. It was hard to remove the backings without them folding up and sticking to themselves. Even with soaking or carefully peeling the dressing off, skin was irritated and actually tore. Fortunately the other brand I used are back in stock and I ordered all they had. These were great, they stayed on well without tearing or irritating my skin.

These are as good or better than the most expensive bandages I’ve purchased, including $10 for 3 at Walgreens.

These bandages were just what we needed. The large ones can be so expensive most places. So we did an Amazon search and found not only a great price, but a good bandage for daily usage. Happy with the find!

The bordered gauze works great for my wife's application. It leaves two steps out from doing it the old way covering her tube and is more cost effective.Holds good and comes off easy you my have to use a extra piece of gauze if you have extra leakage. I have ordered this four times.

When you try to remove the dressing the sticky part tears apart and stays stuck on your skin, also, I would not recommend them if you have any wound that leaks a lot. It will go through the dressing. It does not have something like a plastic or latex outer covering.

These make a good dressing for my post surgical wound at a fraction of what the ones they were ordering for me through home health

Adhesive is too strong, causing pain when the pad is removed. Also, the entire area under the pad turned red and began to hurt when touched. I eventually gave up on this product and threw out the ones I hadn't used. Should have done it sooner.
