After being fed up with plastic containers and their warping, staining, and pitting over such a short time I decided to turn to pyrex. Enter Pohl+Schmitt. Lids, and utensils aren't dishwasher or microwave safe. I take those off before microwaving or dishwashing. But I've had everything in these things from homemade ramen, to duck a l'orange. No staining of the lid or the glass. They're super easy to clean and liquid-safe with no spilling. The utensils are a nice touch though admittedly I don't use them often. They're a little on the flimsy side. However, given the fit in the container they're great and I do still use them if I don't have any utensils handy. I've used them to cut meat etc. So, while the utensils aren't the strongest they still get the job done. In closing, I'll not be going back to any other food prep containers and Pohl+Schmitt has my business for life or until they sacrifice quality for $.

My only complaint is that the lid for the utensils is challenging to open. After vigorously shaking and shimmying the plastic case, it will finally loosen (a delicate balance of violently shaking and carefully shimmying so as to not break the glass). Other than that, the product is amazing. Plastic wear is a convenient addition and the rubber seal has never caused any leakage issues.

awesome product! Would recommend to anyone only thing is I'm having a hard time asking the seller a question about delivery. Shipping box was fine but while unpackaging one of the clear rectangle covers that go on top of the lid to cover the plastic ware had a 2-inch crack turn the corner to the center. This is such a great product I do not want to replace it or return the overall product but I would like to try to find out how I can get them to send me just one more clear lid.? Unlike other orders I've not been able to find a link to actually ask the seller privately if they could replace one rectangle clear lid for me. I would be willing to send them the cracked one if need be. If we didn't need to use this now I would send the whole thing back to replace that one little lit but we actually really need to use these and they are great quality! Just that one little imperfection. Things happen 🤷🏼‍♀️Overall I recommend this as a gift or for yourself. Very well made very sturdy attractive very functional! So far leak-proof!

I like these containers. Solid and sturdy. They are convenient for work lunches. The spoon and knife are as expected. The fork is not able to pierce many items. The times are to flat and narrow. Otherwise, they fit well into the lid (there is a silhouette shape to show you which one goes where). The glassware is a good size for a chicken breast and large pile of green beans, medium salad, or whatever. They also fit in my lunch bag. The glassware stacks well, the lids don’t but I got a bin for them and all neat and tidy in my cupboard.

These storage/cooking containers are the perfect size. I think they are great for portion controlled meals. I ordered these because I wanted to be able to bake certain things right in the container, then freeze/refrigerate and when I am ready to take along to work, I can just throw it in the microwave for lunch. They are very durable and elegant. Also I want people to look at my containers vs their plastic prep containers and be jealous. Don't judge me.

Good deal for price.The dishes stack well, lids need space to be stacked which I currently do, so that works for me. The silverware is a bit cheesy, would be ok but my husband won’t use it, so that makes the holding spot in the lid useless.The plastic lids that cover the plastic silverware is not durable, one arrived cracked & unusable.Lids go on easily and seem to have a tight seal.Size is a little smaller than I expected but works perfectly for storing leftovers, haven’t tried it as a to-go lunch container. Doesn’t seem like it would be big enough to fit say a chicken breast & a side of something.Overall happy with product

These arrived today and omg I love them! The lids are much easier to snap on than the last set of glass containers I bought. Each one has a full set of utensils in the lid, which is something I struggle with all the time at work. I always forget to bring flatware when we run out of disposables at my office. Now I can just use these every day and reduce the waste in our office! I cooked stuffed bell peppers tonight and the containers fit them sliced in half without crushing them. I am definitely going to recommend these to all of my friends who meal prep every week!

I love these containers! I find they are a great value for the money since you are getting 5 of them. I was a little concerned when reading the reviews about the lid cracking and breaking. That lid however, is intended to cover the plastic cutlery the container comes with and if it breaks or cracks won’t affect the actual container lead (I’m including a picture for reference). I thought that for the price I could live with that. The containers I received came tightly packaged and I didn’t get any broken lids. I highly recommend!
