Good life saver , was on keto 3 months tried to transition to carnivore and something went wrong had electroite inbalance , nutrition deficiency , my blood pressure went up and down after one serving in the morning everything changed thats because of sodium I need it more sodium because I'm very active , taking 2 servings one in the morning and second in the evening and salting my every meal

I love these salts (electrolyte's) as no additives. Perfectly palatable without the usual rubbish added / chemicals added.

I fast at least 14 hours per day. This is the first time that I've taken fasting salts, or any electrolytes for that matter, but since taking one dosage a day I feel so much better. No more cramps at night, far less dehydration and more mental clarity. Overall I just feel great. I will be taking this for as long as I need it. Expensive product but worth it.

I used these salts during my 10 day fast and this really helped with the foggy and sluggish feeling in days 1-3 when I ysed the salts twice a day. I then decreased this to once a day, usually mid afternoon. It has a strong salty taste but I added fresh lime juice and knocked it back! Its excellent after exercising and really handy if I get tired and a little dehydrated, when it feels like a headace is brewing. Goes without saying but make sure you drink plenty of water too. This is designed to work along side good ol' fashioned H2O! Excellent stuff!

Great to keep your electrolites. Even if you are not fasting.

Something has changed. I used to love this product, but after ordering again, the taste is different this time and doesn't give me the same energy release as it used to. I think the ingredients have changed, despite being the same on the bag, which is concerning.

It's more on expensive side but I love that there is no any unnecessary ingredients like in most ofher electrolytes. One little scoop on half litter, good concentration feels by the taste. Much difference if compare to the mainstream ones. Quality!!

Will give you diarrhea and comically expensive, made my extended fast a hell.
