I use this to decorate my Manhattan and Old Fashioned cocktails. It's well made, very easy to use and produces a beautiful citrus peel curl.

Nice tool!
It lays well in the hand, it is easy to handle and to clean, dishwasher proof as well. Just takes a bit if practice how to use it correctly.I used it for a holiday project and had fun using it, plus got nice results.

Great tool for making pretty food. Mercer makes great kitchen utensils.

Must have for fruit twist.
My previous twist knife was not as sharp, not as deep and cut direction was 90 degrees from this one. This version is much better and get a lot of use in my home bar.

Not good for what you buy it for
Clumbsy, poor product. It could have been really good but this one is not.
