1. Since I can only recharge the buds with the plug provided by the manufacturer, the risk is high that my earbuds will become dysfunctional when I lose the manufacture's plug. I have a lot of small things to keep track of. And naturally my buds will die frequently since the life is only 5 hours and the cradle doesn't have a long battery life. So I'll naturally be hauling the plug around with me, increasing its likelihood of loss.2. When I walk over a bridge I can't help but think it wouldn't take much to lose my buds in the water, even when secured properly in my ears. I walk with a limp because I have a permanent disability.I lost the charging plug and so I went back to using my old earphones.

Loved these right out of the package! Then, a couple of weeks later, the right earbud stopped working. Couldn't get it to charge. Wrote to seller to ask about it, was told to plug in case while charging (had already tried that), of course it didn't help any. Then, accidentally dropped it and it started charging and working again, but alas, only a couple more times, then stopped charging and working again. So, only the left earbud works. These had been, for the first couple of weeks that they BOTH worked, my favorite of three pairs. Pros: an actual button to push for controlling the earbuds, rather than a touch-sensitive one (accidental brushes of the hand made for oopsies); the bluetooth connectivity was better and easier and tended to be more reliable when outdoors (why is it that bluetooth signal is so much worse outside for all my earbuds!?); and sound was fairly good. CONS (other than the obvious right earbud NOT WORKING): case didn't hold as much battery life between charges as my other two pairs of earbuds; anatomical fit is poorest of my three sets; noise-cancelling? really? nonexistent, one has to raise the volume in order to overcome noise.Bottom line: it doesn't matter how good the earbuds are initially if they don't work as a pair after only a couple of weeks. Spend money on another pair, not these.

These terrible little buds worked fine for about a month. Now they cut in and out constantly/ every couple seconds. Don’t waste your money! When I contacted the third party seller of these ear buds to request a replacement or refund, they asked me to buy a new set at a discount which was crazy. Amazon themselves fixed the situation and I continue to love Amazon after my experience directly with Amazon.

This is the first pair of Bluetooth earbuds I've tried. The sound quality is excellent. I don't have a reference for noise cancelling. The battery life appears to be way less than 30 hours. The round shaped case is a design disaster! Whoever designed it obviously never touched it or open it. It is extremely difficult to grasp and open the lid. I like the magnetic bud hold inside the case. Since the instruction sheet indicates the AC charger should be .5 mA output, and all of my AC chargers are 2.0 mA and higher, I had to buy an AGPTEK USB Wall Charger. I would have happily paid an extra $10 to have the charger included in the package. The USB cable included in the earbuds is a little short, but workable. I'd give this product a -1 star for design, 3 stars for function, 5 stars for sound quality, 3 stars for battery life, and 4 stars for price.

Purchased in February 2020. Sound quality is decent, battery life is amazing. The reason I don't recommended these earbuds is they break up and cut out too often to call them a good quality product. The first week or 2 was not an issue but after a month of owning them I started noticing it was getting worse. Now I can barley watch a video without having to back it up to see what was said due to cutting in and out. Would like to get my money back but I'm afraid it's been too long.**Update (June 2020): while resting in the cradle, the contacts no longer touch so they never disconnect from my phone. So they are constantly connected unless I go in and manually disconnect them. Which so means they won't charge any more so when they die now, they're dead for good. Waste of money! Disappointed 😔

For the price, these are pretty great. My only complaint is that the audio cuts out for a second or two quite regularly. It's not a huge deal when I'm listening to music, but when I'm talking on the phone, it's very disruptive. The audio quality is otherwise pretty good.I don't like that the hangup function is a single click. I've accidentally ended calls multiple times while just trying to adjust the fit of one of the ear buds, which is always embarrassing.I bought these to wear while I'm wearing a face mask outside, and I needed something with no wires that didn't touch the outsides of my ears (I have very small ears, and the mask loops pull them down just enough that my normal headphones slide off).They're good enough for that, so I'm happy.

This product was great at first, would have rated them 5 stars the first week I had them. I’ve had them two weeks, and they aren’t as loud or bass-filled anymore. It’s actually bothersome because the first time I used them I was like wow these are awesome. I preferred them over super used Powerbeats 3 headphones I own. I only use them for 4 hours a day at work, and when I’m not wearing them I put them in their case. And up and away from children. The other somewhat-not-really bothersome flaw is that they’re supposed to come with 3 different sized earbuds but after spending close to 15 minutes comparing the six pieces, I’m certain I received 3 of the largest size, and 1 medium and 1 small. But that wasn’t an issue.But besides that, I don’t have to charge them at all while I’m at work (4 hours) and the charging/ carrying case is very convenient... however Make sure you buy some sort of cover for the case as it is slippery. The touch commands are easy to remember also.I enjoyed them and I did recommend and brag about them to a few people. However I’ll be returning them to get a different brand of Bluetooth headphones
