Works well in our home gym. Nice soft surface for any ground exercises. Could be thicker, but does what it is supposed to. Good quality. Non slip surface helps a lot.

This mat is really terrific. It is durable yet easy to roll up and put away. It's made for yoga (they also make a heavier exercise mat) but it seems very sturdy after about five weeks of daily use. I do crossfit WODs on it (no shoes) and then yoga. It does not slip around at all on my garage cement floor, and cleans up very easily. Overall a great buy.

Just what we needed we just added a tonal to our gym room , nice mat, looks and feels durable, great addition

I purchased this mat for my home gym. More specifically I bought it because the tile mats would come apart or bend when kickboxing. This mat is comfortable, non-slip, and great for when I have to do floor exercises. It is not so great for weights and indoor cycle trainer but in all honesty I don’t think it was designed for that.Follow up review after several months of use: Great for barefoot but not for shoes. It’s is starting to crumble. Again in all fairness, boxing with shoes on is not what it’s designed for.

The seller and customer services was amazing! They were super responsive and very nice! The quality of the mat is awesome, it gives good cushion for the hands & such. I havent had it for too long so I can't say the durability for sure. But it seems like a great mat & love the size. is definitely large enough for any needs! So great, I loved the GXM MAT :)

I’ve had this now for almost a year and I do love the size but since I do also workout with a stepper on the mat it’s starting to wear down and little black pieces are every where. More ideal if your always have a yoga mat down.

Great comfortable mat with plenty of grip and thickness to do yoga and lift weights on.
