It works as well as if not better than any supplement I've taken.

You have to take four pills per day and they use the low price per pill but there are other supplements out there that offer a one pill per day that are at the same price. This product is not worth what they’re trying to sell

This brand and herb blend have been better than every other brand, blend, and herb I've tried; and believe me, I've tried many over the past number of years. Most notably, this supplement has helped reduce -- almost eliminate -- instances of waking in the night to urinate. After my local grocery store stopped carrying this product I'm glad to see Amazon provides it at a respectable price. However, be advised that this listing's photographs are incorrect, as the actual ingredients do NOT contain stinging nettle. It is not listed on the bottle I received from Amazon, and it has never been on any of my store-purchased bottles either.

Natures Truth changed the formula & left out the stinging nettles, if I would have known that I would not have ordered the product.I am returning the unopened bottle.
